Pick up pet refuse, $50 minimum fee will be charged if pet refuse is left for us to pick up
Never leave your dog unattended inside or outside the home, either crate or take Fido with you!  Bend loves dogs, we have provided a leash for your use
Never allow your dog on ANY of the furniture  dog bed is provided), extra cleaning fees will be charged to launder and clean furniture

Georgia Cottage Lindy Studio - is a 400 sq. ft. restored historic Mill House daylight basement studio and is located in downtown Bend, Oregon. Walk two blocks to downtown Bend restaurants, shops and all that downtown offers.  Walk three blocks in the other direction to the Box Factory and The Podski, a great food cart court. The Georgia Cottage Lindy Studio is so cute and very comfortable with a queen bed, new wall mounted 32 in smart LCD with free Netflix, new sofa, natural gas fireplace, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and range. This adorable basement studio is situated  under the Georgia Cottage Lindy, that is also available for guests to book for additional guests for your use OR can be booked independently.

Both places are fully self-contained with private entrances, separate parking, BBQ, patio and laundry.

The studio also has a barbecue w propane, washer and dryer.  Equipped with TDS WiFi, Netflix with your log in.

Bring Fido for a flat rate fee of $50 per dog (only) per reservation, with prior approval and pet rent paid.  Pet amenities include a 26 x 38 dog bed, 6 ft. sturdy dog leash, large food and water bowls, and refuse baggies. More on Bend and its four-legged friends.

A short stroll through the historic neighborhood for to downtown coffee houses, boutique shops, delicious restaurants, galleries, and only a 15 minute walk to the Old Mill District.

The Deschutes River whitewater park, Drake Park, hiking and biking trails, kayaking and tubing are just a short walk away. Mt. Bachelor ski resort is only a 30 minutes drive. Read more on all the fantastic Bend activities.
