You are renting the 2nd floor of this beautiful vacant house, T Lounge. Rental includes 3-Bedroom 2 Bathroom House, 3 adjacent Porches with Awning, Backyard Deck, Front Patio with outdoor furniture, Hottub, Firepit & Indoor Sauna.
The first floor is restricted it’s currently used for utilities only.

Area Points of Interest:
There are two Hunter snow slopes with skiing & snow tubing, snowmobiles rentals, Kaaterskill falls, North South lake & Colgate lake all just a short 5-10 min drive from the house.
Lakes have fishing, swimming, kayaking, boat riding, hiking, picnic areas.
NS lake is $10 per car per day, can go in & out, it has 2 designated swimming areas with lifeguards, as well as bathrooms & changing rooms.
Colgate lake if free but no conveniences.
Tannersville has lots of festivals all year long & annual antiques car show.
Windham skiing & Saugerties is half an hour drive from the house.

T Lounge has 2 separate outdoor wooden staircase entrances, 3 private Porches ( Balconies), its own Kitchen, with Washer & Dryer, a Hallway, a Dining Room & a Living Room, 3 Bedrooms with Queen Size Bed each & 2 Bathrooms with Shower each.

The Main Entrance is by private Wooden Staircase with its own Porch & Awning, from the front of the house.

Each Room in the house has its own Mysa Thermostat & carbon monoxide & smoke detector. All Bedrroms & Spa room have air conditioners. All Bedrooms, Kitchen & Spa room have fans.

Smoking is NOT allowed Indoor. Smoking IS Allowed Outdoors Only. We are providing ashtrays, for Outdoor Smoking use Only, for your convenience.
If presence of smoking is detected Indoors, a Deep Cleaning Fee Will be Retained From the Security Deposit.

Master Bedroom has a private Balcony with Bistro set with removable Ice Bucket & a private Powder Room. Powder Room has a Walk-in Shower with Kohler Converge Chrome massaging Showerhead & Toilet unit with Kohler warming seat & bidet washer.

Main Bathroom is entered from the Hallway and it has a Toilet unit with Kohler warming seat & bidet washer and a Bathtub with Kohler Converge Chrome massaging Showerhead.

The Kitchen is equipped with Touch-Free Motion Activated Moen Faucet, K-cup coffee machine, French Press, drip coffee maker, toaster oven & new stainless-steel Samsung appliances: Electric Range with Oven, Refrigerator with Water Dispenser, over the range Microwave & Dishwasher. In the Kitchen there is a Dining Table with Chairs & all necessary China, Glassware & Silverware. Built-in Laundry Station is also located in the Kitchen.

Kitchen is connected to the large Porch, protected by Awning from the rain & snow, equipped with Private Outdoor Propane Grill & an outdoor metal Table with cushioned chairs set. Porch is entered from the Kitchen & side entrance staircase.

The Spa Room has its own dining table with chairs, couch & 45’ smart Samsung TV, as well as a Corner Indoor Infrared Radiant Sauna that could be used at anytime during your stay & included with your reservation at no extra fees. Sauna comfortably fits up to 4 people. Bronze tinted tempered glass Canadian Cedar Wood sauna reaches up to 141F and has Recessed Lighting & adjustable roof vents. The Sauna has 10 InfraWave FAR Ultra Low EMF carbon heaters & is equipped with two ergonomic backrests, dual EZ-touch Interior & Exterior LED control pads, 7 color Chromotherapy, Oxygen Ionizer, CD player, 2 Cap Holders, Magazine Rack & Towel Hanger. Radiant sauna is backed by CE, CETL, RoHS & ISO 9001 certification.

Each cozy Bedroom has a Queen size bed, with new 12” Pillowtop Hybrid Mattress, designated closet space, storage drawers & a window. Towels, extra blankets & extra pillows are in the closet, if you need them.

Spacious Master Bedroom has its own 50’ smart Samsung TV, a private Balcony & private Powder Room, with towels.

The Living Room has a Bar with bar stools & glassware (alcohol not provided), 55’ smart Samsung TV, Buffet with extra china & glassware (liquor containers in Buffet have NO liquor & are for decoration only), as well as cozy 2 sofa-beds, love seat with pillows & blankets & electric Fireplace.

There are Air Hockey & Football games in the Living Room That you can use.

Backyard has a wraparound gorgeous Trex deck in Tiki Torch, with Curtained Gazebo with Mosquitoe net & Cushioned outdoor Conversation set, hammocks & 3 sets of Zeny Wicker Adjustable height Cooler Bar Table with Hydraulic lift Pub Barstools.

Backyard Deck space is enclosed with Beautiful acacia wood Pergolas with benches that provide plenty of seating space.

The outdoor Cedar Barrell sauna is NOT included with your reservation.

Outdoor 6-person Futura Spa hot tub is located on the deck, left of the main entrance & easily accessed from the deck & patio. The Hot Tub is functional All Year Long, around the clock & it has a gorgeous Summery Sapphire finish, has a Lounger & Stainless jets & is functional all year long to offer you ultimate 21st century spa experience. It has 88 various jet nozzles that provides tri-zone hydrotherapy. The seats in this spa are designed to fulfill your hot tub experience with two deep bucket seats, each includes neck massage, 2 uniquely designed jump seats for lower & middle back relaxation & full body massage lounge chair. A cathedral style staircase for easier access in & out as well as optional cool down seat for the eight person. Hot tub has custom-made 4-steps sturdy wood staircase entrance with elegant Triad aluminum Handrails in matte black, for your convenience.
The deck around the Hot tub is enclosed with elegant matte black aluminum Contractor railing with Solar cap posts, for your safety & convenience.

The house is in Elka Park area & wildlife sitings in the woods are common. If you see any deer, bear or other animals please do not approach, touch or feed them & do not leave food items outdoor, for your safety.

To finalize the Booking, the Booking Guest must sign a Waiver prior to arrival.
