Marseille Montredon, SEA VIEW, balcony, close to beaches and Parc des Calanques

In the quiet area of Montredon, just minutes away from Pointe Rouge and Les Goudes, the flat offers great views over the sea and Marseille (Frioul Islands, Côte Bleue, Velodrome stadium, Notre Dame de la Garde). From the bedroom, the view is just as nice, on the hills of Parc National des Calanques.
It is a quiet and safe area, you can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes, shops all around (bakers, butchers, small supermarket, fish monger, restaurants, bars). Bus stop to take you direct into the very heart of Marseille at the bottom of Boulevard (less than 5 mn walk).
One bedroom with a large 160 x 200 bed, one sofa-bed in the living room.
I provide bed linen and bathroom linen. There are plenty of guides in the flat to help you getting the best of Marseille but I will be also very happy to help you and share my best places with you.
Wifi is fast (optic fibre). TV is a large flat screen connected to the internet box. There are books, games, Bluetooth music player. The kitchen is all equiped. The balcony is fitted with a small table so you can enjoy your evening drinks in front of the sunsets on the sea.
