The architecture of La Villa Lolita is typical of Cap Ferret with its woodwork, workshop windows, and intimate atmosphere. The Villa can accommodate up to 6 people in its 2 bedrooms and annex. The very original decoration makes Villa Lolita unique. Located 200 m from the oyster port and the basin, you can move around on foot or by bicycle.

Lolita Villa is composed of 160m2 of living space and is divided into:
1 double room with a 140 bed and its private bathroom
1 double bedroom (master) with a 140 cm bed, a large private bathroom and a separate toilet
A large living room - dining room flooded with light featuring a fireplace, a desk area
A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (Dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, induction cooktop, refrigerator and freezer...)
a laundry room with washer and dryer
an independent bathroom
1 dependency located at the back of the villa and accessible by crossing the terrace. The dependency consists of a 160 cm bed, a toilet, and a bathroom.
A large garden planted with local species: agapanthus, Hydrangeas, Strawberry trees, Mimosas...
2 large terraces located on the front and back of the villa with outdoor living room, 2 sun loungers, Gas Plancha.
1 parking space in the garden and possibility to park easily in the street.
The garden is enclosed but the small dogs will be able to pass through the gate.
Tv and Wifi complete the equipment.

In July and August, we welcome you every day except Sunday.
Animals are welcome, but access to the sofa and beds is prohibited, and the accommodation must be cleared of hair and droppings before your departure.
It is forbidden to organize a party in this accommodation, the residence is quiet and must remain so.

Deposit to be paid by bank card: you will receive an email in the week preceding your arrival. The deposit will not be debited.
We ask that you always seek permission from the concierge before charging your electric vehicule. The concierge reserves the right to refuse your request based on the owner’s instructions and the electrical installation.

The Lege-Cap-Ferret peninsula is full of little pieces of paradise, starting with its 10 villages spread out along the peninsula.
Frédhélian, at Hortense's, the Mimbeau, the tchanquées cabins, Jane de Boy, the Arguin bank, the horse point are names that evoke vacations, sun, relaxation? When coming to Cap Ferret, they will no longer be a secret to you.
You will be able to walk through the streets of Cap-Ferret, enjoy nature, walk or swim on the basin side as well as the Atlantic side, do your shopping... without taking your car, stroll through the famous Cap Ferret market.
Let's not forget the multiple oyster ports offered by the peninsula and the entire Basin, all different but all charming. You cannot leave without strolling through the narrow streets of each port, without tasting the oysters from the basin in the tasting cabins, without discovering the profession of our sea farmers, without climbing the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
By bike, you will access the multiple beaches of the ocean thanks to the vast network of bicycle paths.
Thanks to the boat shuttle or the multiple taxi boats, you can easily get to Arcachon to climb the famous Pilat Dune, visit the winter city, or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset from the Coorniche terrace.
Not far from here are also the castles of Médoc, the great Bordeaux vineyards, the splendid city of Bordeaux and all the hidden treasures of this beautiful region.

Lège Bourg Market: every Saturday morning.

You can do your shopping in the convenience stores of the Presqu'île: the small Casino store or go to the Super U in Claouey. You will also find a Leclerc shopping center in Arès.

Sun or rain, hot or cold, high tide or low tide, as a couple or with family... you will always find something to do on the Basin... and you will always want to come back!
