Snow Canyon 27 is the perfect getaway to enjoy the serenity of St George and the Southern Utah desert climate. This single family home backs up to the Red Cliffs Desert Reserve providing privacy and incredible views of the red rock cliffs, entrance to Snow Canyon and distant Pine Mountains. From this location walk a short distance to the club house with work out room and the outdoor pool with hot tub. There are only 30 homes in the community of Encanto so the heated pool has plenty of room. Encanto is located between Entrada and the Red Mountain Spa with the bicycle trail right out front to take you to Snow Canyon or the rest of St George via the miles of paved trails. Walk 5 minutes to the public Canyon Breeze restaurant located at the Red Mountain Spa for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Don't forget to tell the hostess you are a local so you can enjoy a 10% discount. Miles of hiking and mountain biking trails in the Red Cliffs Reserve can be accessed right from the house or drive a short distance to the many trail heads in the area including Snow Canyon State Park a 5 minute drive away. In addition the Tuacahn outdoor amphitheater is also about 5 minutes away and Zion is only 1 hour away by car.
The house has 3 bedrooms each with a king sized bed and TV. Two have ensuite full baths and the other BR has an adjacent bath with shower. In addition the master suite has a sitting area with a pull out queen sized sofa bed and another BR has a small couch that converts to a small bed. There are ample indoor and outdoor spaces to accommodate everyone. You will not be disappointed with your stay at Snow Canyon 27!

This home has everything including location, location, location. The listing photos and description are 100% accurate. We had a very relaxing stay and hope to make this an annual vacation spot. Loved being able to walk everywhere, then rest back at the house with an amazing view. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Very special property with exceptional views, fire pit and convenience to Snow Canyon SP. Home was well stocked and had everything we needed. Beds were quite comfortable and the neighborhood and amenities outstanding. We had great communication with host who allowed early check in. Can't wait to return!

We had a great stay in this condo for four nights during the Hunstman World games and loved every aspect of the experience. The condo is located in a spectacular setting with fantastic views and black lava rock formations close by. All of the surrounding condos are spread out and low to the ground so you really feel like you are out in nature. The condo has a great layout and is well appointed with everything that you would ever need, including the kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The host was very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again in a minute.

This home is in a great location a the entrance to Snow Canyon. It is a modern three bedroom with a great view of the red rock cliffs surrounding the park . We very much enjoyed our stay and would rent it again.

Red Mountain Vacation

We love this house with views of Red Mountain, but also because it is close to Snow Canyon State Park and Zion National Park. The property has nice amenities - beautiful patio with gas fireplace, modern kitchen and dining area. Very comfortable.

Beautiful place to stay

Wonderful home with all the amenities. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans we needed. Bedrooms were large and spacious. The host thought of everything!!! Outstanding communication with the host. Beautiful scenery. Very quiet. Really loved this place and would definitely stay again!!

View is stunning! The property is well kept inside and out. The house is organized with lots of attention to details for guests, such as labels on everything and bathrobes in the closets. Top-drawer appliances and furnishings, spices in the cabinet and toiletries in the bathrooms. The owners were very responsive and kind, Oh, and did I mention the view??

Wow! What a perfect place!

We are three generations, 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 children 7 & 9. From the moment we walked to this unit until our final moments, we were pleasantly surprised with how perfect this place was. The location can’t be beat. Very relaxing, beautiful vistas all day long. The pool was a big hit with the kids and adults. Easy drive to anywhere in St. George and certainly Snow Canyon SP.The pictures on the website do not do this place justices. The furnishings, beddings, etc. were all first class. The unit was perfect for our group. Large nicely appointed bathrooms for all. King size beds for all. Perfect in every way. We hope to return!Thanks!

5-Star Review: Another Amazing Stay!

This was our second time staying at this incredible property, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! The views of Snow Canyon are absolutely breathtaking and create the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The home is spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms that easily accommodated our family.We appreciated the modern amenities, and the kitchen was well-equipped for all our cooking needs. The host went above and beyond by allowing us to put up a Christmas tree, which made our stay feel even more special during the holidays. Another big plus for us was how dog-friendly the home is—our corgi loved it!If we had to give any feedback, it would be that some of the towels and a few baking sheets/cooking items are getting close to needing a refresh. That said, everything was still clean and functional, so it wasn’t an issue for us.Overall, this property is a gem, and we look forward to returning again in the future! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay near Snow Canyon.

Beautiful home and surroundings

This property is amazing both home and views. Loved that it is pet friendly! The pool and hot tub are close within walking distance. Clean and maintained. We arrived on a Thursday and were the only ones in the pool. Amazing!! We had one issue where we had to call Michael and his response was courteous and swift. Spent a lot of our time on the back patio looking at the view when not swimming! The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The only recommendation I would request is a map for the community of where the pool/clubhouse is and the pickle ball court locations. Also more detailed information for finding the restaurant that is near by. We had to ask a local where it was. We hope to stay here again in the future! Highly recommend!!
