Overall a great time. We had a few issues. One they gave us the wrong code. Quickly was resolved. We did not have hot water for a day and half. Would stay again. Beautiful place.

Beautiful Home!

The home was beautiful and comfortable. We were happy to find a home we could bring our dog with us to! We were only disappointed to realize the yard wasn't fully fenced :( it looked to be that way in the photos. Also the screen door was VERY difficult to open and kept getting stuck. Other than that it was great!

Looking forward to next trip

Suited us fine, as advertised with multiple laundry facility, huge garage for toys, quiet part of housing complex, private hottub!, nice beds, nice bathrooms even if half of them had no TP when we arrived, 7/10 kitchen (needs real coffee maker, not a little 2 cup joke), at least one sharp knife, good supply of utensils and pots etc. BBQ was functional after a solid hour of cleaning (a bummer) but it worked okay for rest of trip. outdoor propane fire pit was nice hangout spot. Easy access to St George and to Hurricane, one exit away from shops, groceries, fuel, etc. Would stay in same house again with our group of 8, but would bring a coffee maker for sure.

Great home in perfect location

This property is in a great Washington location right off the highway with easy access to all that St. George has to offer. Perfect place for several people to gather with plenty of space to spread out. We had three families and all had our own bedrooms/bathrooms. Plus there was ample space in the backyard for gathering day or night. We really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. There are a few reasons I did not give the overall rating 5 stars. Our pool key did not work upon arrival, there was no cutting board or wine glasses, and the bbq grill needs to be replaced. Property management was very quick with responses and is addressing every issue we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Our visit

A few suggestions if I could. The number one reason we chose St George was to enjoy swimming. The pool however was overrun with large party groups with glass alcohol beverages and balloons and loud music to the point that we felt uncomfortable using it. More supervision of the pool was needed. The AC not being able to be turned below 72 degrees kept the home too warm for some of our party and we wished there was a garage door opener remote. Otherwise the home was beautiful and we had fun anyhow since we had friends who offered their private pool for us to use.

Overall great place

Pros: Great location, beautiful home, spacious rooms and garage. The house was fully equipped for families with kids and just adults. Had all the cooking utensils needed for a big meal and a grill. Cons: hot tub cleaning people showing up randomly. I reviewed all the information provided by VRBO and none of it said that someone would be randomly showing up multiple times in the week we stayed. She scared us a few times. Also, the welcome information says that various streaming options are available but half them aren't installed on the tvs and you have to log in with your own streaming information. I think the welcome info packet should be updated with cleaning schedules and that the streaming services will need the individuals login info.
