The apartment:
Located on the 1st floor and accessible by a staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day space:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed and armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a DVD player as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker.

Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen-Size bed, storage space and access to the terrace.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds, storage space and access to the terrace.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin, and a hair dryer.
- A shower room with shower and toilet.

Outside :
- A large terrace of 30 m², facing north-east, ideal for a summer in Corsica! It is equipped with two blinds, garden furniture, two sunbeds and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal
in front of the panorama of the sea and the maquis!
- You will also have a large swimming pool (8mx4m), unheated and open all year round. The swimming pool is shared with the residence and is fully fenced and secured. Dates of opening non-contractual, subject to modification by the residence.

- Piana Island accessible by kayak or boat and even on foot thanks to a sandbank.
