In the kitchen, you've got it all – granite countertops, updated cabinets, roomy countertops, quality appliances, a spacious pantry, and a breakfast bar with 4 cool bar stools. Need a drink? There's a handy wet bar in the spacious living area, and a big family-size dining table that seats 8 – perfect for post-sun fun gatherings.
The living room is where the action is, boasting a massive 65" TV, a pull-out queen sofa, a leather chase lounge, a Lazy Boy recliner, and two rockin' decorative chairs. The master bedroom is a king-size retreat with balcony access, a walk-in closet big enough to get lost in, and a newly renovated master bathroom, tiled walk in shower, double vanity with quartz countertops, new high end fixtures. The guest bedroom keeps it comfy with a queen-size bed, twin bunk beds, and its own bathroom sporting a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. Oh, and there's a little TV hanging on the wall for those lazy days. And guess what? There's wireless internet throughout the whole condo.

*Boat Parking: Please let us know when you book if you are interested in boat parking. These spaces are limited and the Wind Drift Association requires boat registration and documents to be complete no less than 7 days prior to check-in. Please note if a reservation is made and check-in is less than 7 days from booking, the reservation is ineligible for boat parking. Decals: $50/day for boat/trailer parking or $300/week + $50 service fee. You may tie it up to a boat slip, but they are first come first served. If all slips are all taken when you pull back up, you will have to take the boat out of the water. When you fill out the require documents by HOA, that will reserve a spot for the boat and trailer, as they are limited to the number. There are no refunds, unless mandatory evacuation.
