Come and discover this charming 120 m² house, ideally located in the heart of the Petite Camargue in the beautiful village of Mus! Between Nîmes and Montpellier, this authentic village and its surroundings offer you an escapade with varied landscapes: National Park of Camargue and Cevennes, wine domains, castles and gardens, beaches and ponds.
You will have at your disposal a comfortable accommodation for a stay with family or friends up to 6 persons with a bright living room, a lounge area, a billiard room, 3 bedrooms, a shower room as well as a large garden with a terrace and a private swimming pool to enjoy relaxing moments outside!
Bed linen provided, towels extra. Free Wifi. Pets allowed. High chair.

The house :
The accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- A living room with two sofas, a coffee table, a TV, a functional fireplace as well as an area with a pool table.
- A large dining room with a dining table for up to 6 guests.
- A modern kitchen, open to the dining room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee pod maker.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen-Size bed, a TV, storage space and an armchair.
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed and storage space.
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and storage space.
- A shower room with a shower, a washbasin, a heated towel rail and a hair dryer.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- A large, south-facing, enclosed garden with trees of 250 m², with a rest area with a hammock and a shade sail.
- A 45 m² raised terrace, with a parasol, a barbecue, an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a good meal in the sun!
- A swimming pool (7x3), private, south facing, unheated and secured with a fence and a lockable gate. The area is open from the beginning of May to the end of September. Opening dates are non-contractual.
- A garden shed to store outdoor furniture and with a washing machine.

- A vehicle can be parked on the property, on the terrace.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

- Firewood provided free of charge. Please use it sensibly.

- All children's swimming is under the full responsibility of their parents.
- One of the walls surrounding the swimming pool at the bottom of the garden is being repaired, but this will not affect the tranquillity or comfort of your stay.
