Regarding the address, the problem is that despite our messages at the time of your booking, you did not pre-register to access our traveler portal. As this is a pedestrian street in the heart of Chamonix, vehicles cannot drive up to our building. That's why we provide different locations for parking and unloading your luggage. It's just 100m from the apartment.. All public transport information is also available on our traveler portal. Guest cards are provided to all our travelers to take advantage of these transport services at preferential rates. If the cleaning team has forgotten something, just ask us nicely and we'll come right over. I notice that this is not part of your education, given that the few messages we received never began with a "hello", direct orders without even a "thank you". Goodbye Cheryl
