Located in a typical Marseilles neighborhood at the gates of the creeks, it is the ideal location to enjoy the sweetness of Marseilles life: beaches, hikes in the creeks (Calanques) The beach of the Phocaeans is a minute walk away. The beaches of the good breeze and sandy beaches are a 2 minute walk.

Composition of the apartment:

Casa AO is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of a typical house of the neighborhood. You will be charmed by its sea view, its layout and its facilities. You will enter the apartment by an inside courtyard. You enter the main room with the kitchen, a dining and dining area and the living room with access to the terrace of 7m2. Upstairs is the bedroom with its sea view and its adjoining shower room.

The Cocoonr service:

You will be greeted on site in a personalized way by a person from the agency Cocoonr Marseille who will present you the accommodation, answer your questions and hand you the keys.

Bed linen and towels of hotel quality (4/ 5 stars) are provided, your bed will be made on your arrival. Towels and bath mats also provided. Wifi internet access by fiber.

Geographical location:

By staying at Casa AO you make the choice of a typical area in the 2nd city of France and at the same time by the sea. Leaving on your right you will have the road leading to the district of Goudes and Callelongue (long calanque). Going out on the left you will reach the city center via the beaches of the Bain des Dame, the beach of the Pointe Rouge and its restaurants on the water. Starting at the top of the street you will reach the Marseillveyre massif and the Pastré countryside and its famous Roland cave. A typical neighborhood and sought after for its quality of life, wedged between the city, the sea and the countryside/ mountain.

Transportation:

Bus No. 19 runs up the street and will take you to the city centre. More atypical the boat bus open from late April to late September will allow you to reach the old port by the sea.

Parking in the surrounding street is free without time limit

Saint Charles Train Station is 45 minutes by car via Bus N°19 + Metro Line 2

The airport is accessible by shuttle to Saint Charles station but we advise you to prefer taxis or Uber drivers.
