Our condo boasts 3 split AC systems - one in the master bedroom, another for the living area and a third system for the loft bedroom. If you are sensitive to slightly hot or humid conditions, our condo is the perfect fit for you! Please respect our environment and use the AC units when necessary and turn off the units when leaving the condo.

This condo has had a complete renovation

This lovely condo sleeps a maximum of 4 adults comfortably in beds (please note that we do not allow children under the age of 10 - as the loft and stairs are dangerous for small children). You'll enjoy how close you are to Turtle Bay Resort, your choice of beaches big and small, 2 championship golf courses, tennis, horseback riding, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, helicopter rides, and 6 different and unique restaurants.

Large screened in lanai with a great view of the 18th hole of the Fazio Championship Golf Course and distant ocean vistas.

Entire condo is freshly painted, new carpet and tile floor and a totally remodeled kitchen, new fridge, and downstairs bathroom with large walk in shower. Upstairs bath and shower were just completed and a new window was also added for greater air flow.

The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed with an upgraded Mitsubishi air conditioning system and a 36" TV.

The upstairs bedroom/oft has a queen bed and a full bathroom. There are new ceiling fans in the downstairs bedroom, living room, loft and lanai. The loft and stairs are not safe for small/young children.

Corner unit provides extra operating windows to make the most of the tropical breezes.

Living room has a 57" Smart TV and large, comfy new furniture and bamboo wood floor. High Definition Cable and high speed WIFI provided.

No need to for bottled water - we have a water filtration system in the kitchen for you!
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware and tableware, rice cooker, crock pot, coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, microwave, and new fridge. New sink with filtered water system and recently updated counter top and back splash.

Beach towels, sand chairs, umbrellas, boggie boards, ice chest and sand toys are provided to make your trips to the beach more comfortable.

Unit also includes a washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish soap, and hand soap.

Access to 2 pools and BBQ areas. Tennis courts for guests also. Or grab your golf clubs and take a 5 minute stroll to the Fazio and Palmer golf courses.

Gated parking and 24 hour security.
