Anyway, please also know, as you just stayed, the carpets have been professionally cleaned post-peak season. They are spotless. We replace burnt out bulbs and lighting as needed, always. Often times we do rely on housekeeping or our guests to notify us when something needs fixing! This house is actually very quiet, set off of 25th street tucked among a quiet section of the south end. We are sorry you feel this way. We do not often receive these reviews, despite what you mentioned in yours. Thanks.

Jennifer, I can assure you you were the first to mention the active roof issue - we nailed down the issue immediately and have repaired it as of today through the Condo Association. We had it inspected and approved in 24 hours. These are the sorts of things we don't know about until someone mentions it, so we are grateful you told us! Thank you.
