Mitten im Herzen von „The Gulch“ in der Innenstadt von Nashville gelegen, sind die Mercury View Lofts genau der richtige Ort, um alles zu genießen, was die „Music City“ zu bieten hat.

Direkt gegenüber von Nashvilles legendärem „Station Inn“ gelegen, sind die Lofts nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Vielzahl an Restaurants und dem Nachtleben entfernt. Nur sechs Blocks bis zum Music City Center. Geh noch zwei Blocks weiter, um das Nachtleben am Broadway zu genießen. Dank der günstigen Lage der Lofts kannst du dein Auto zu Hause lassen und die Stadt zu Fuß erkunden.

Das 950 SF große Loft verfügt über 15 ft hohe Decken und riesige Fenster mit Blick auf das pulsierende Viertel „The Gulch“. Das Loft bietet zwei Kingsize-Betten sowie ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, das bei Bedarf einen zweiten Schlafplatz bietet. Das erste Schlafzimmer im vorderen Teil der Wohnung ist ein richtiges Schlafzimmer mit einer Tür und einem eigenen Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ein Hochbettbereich, der zum Wohnzimmer hin offen ist.

Es gibt einen Raumteiler, der den Gästen, die in diesem Schlafzimmer übernachten, Privatsphäre bietet. Wir bieten einen Smart-TV mit allen Streaming-Funktionen (KEIN Kabelanschluss), WLAN sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in der Wohnung!

PARKEN: Das Parken ist ab $45/night auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz vor Ort möglich – bei einem Aufenthalt von 5 oder mehr Nächten erkundige dich bitte nach vergünstigten Parkmöglichkeiten!

Zugang zum Fitnessstudio auf Anfrage – AUSSERHALB DES GELÄNDES in unserer Schwesterunterkunft, nur 0,2 Meilen entfernt. Bitte frag zwischen 8:30 und 17:00 Uhr nach. Alle Anfragen nach 17:00 Uhr werden am nächsten Werktag bearbeitet!

Bitte beachte, dass die Unterkunft über eine offene industrielle Rohrleitung verfügt, die beim Einschalten der Klimaanlage bzw. Heizung möglicherweise mehr Geräusche verursacht. Wenn du empfindlich auf solche Geräusche reagierst, lass es unser Team wissen! Wir stellen im Schlafzimmer ein Geräuschgerät zur Verfügung, geben dir bei Bedarf aber auch gerne Ohrstöpsel.

Gäste haben während ihres Aufenthalts uneingeschränkten Zugang zur gesamten Unterkunft sowie zum gemeinsamen Terrassenbereich im dritten Stock. Great location, nice views of the street life happening, but still pretty quiet in the evenings plenty of restaurants bars close by loved it highly recommend it and only a seven minute ride to the downtown area

The apartment was immaculate and spacious! The neighborhood was perfect with retail stores, restaurants and coffee shops within a 2 minute walk. Additionally, the neighborhood was conveniently located to activities in the city—either a nice 15-20 minute walk or a cheap uber ride.

Place was clean and had a fun industrial vibe. They could provide more towels as there was only one hand towel in each bathroom for the entire stay. Great communication with the host. They even recommended a parking garage to us out of the marathon route so we could make our morning tour.

The condo was exactly as pictured, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect with many restaurants and shops close by. Check in and check out were easy and the communication with the host was immediate. We will gladly stay here again in the future!

Fabulous location and beautifully decorated end unit. Perfect for a friends getaway- would be great if the second bedroom had more privacy but we understood what we were getting when we booked. Will definitely stay here again! Oh- staff was very communicative and prompt to answer the phone or text!

A wonderful place to stay. Stylish and comfortable. Great comfy beds and room for our group of seven. Located in a great area and there was plenty to do in walking distance. Would definitely book from Urban Nashville again.

The condo was in a great location and had a fun loft feel. It was super clean and had everything that we needed. We were able to walk to many of the places that we went, and it was easy to catch an Uber when we wanted to go farther. The hosts were communicative and available, with check-in and check-out being easy. The only issue to note is that it is not exactly a 2 bedroom. Only one bedroom had a door. The 2nd bedroom was open to the living area with an accordion portable screen for privacy. This didn't really bother us as we were on a girls' weekend and wanted to hang out together, but it might have been uncomfortable if we were 2 couples.

We absolutely loved our stay at this super cute and spacious loft in the Gulch! The space was perfect for our group—plenty of room, stylish décor, and a great layout that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The location was ideal, with great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The management team was fantastic—great communication throughout our stay, including letting us know when we could check in early and ensuring we had adequate parking. The entire process from booking to check-out was simple and seamless. We’d definitely stay here again!

One of the bedrooms doesn’t have a door though so the light from the big living room windows can make it difficult to sleep if you’re a person who needs total darkness. It was in a convenient location and other than an occasional siren it was quiet from street noise.

My girlfriends and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at one of UrbanNashville’s lofts. They have great communication and assisted me the entire booking with questions and various arrangements. They linked me up with a room decorating company that added the perfect decor for my 2 friends’ birthdays. The loft was perfect!! Spacious and extremely clean with lots of back up toilet paper, dish wash pods and laundry pods. Easy entry instructions and staff available to reach out throughout the day for questions. The location was ideal too. About 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and walking distance for lots of Gulch fun and eateries. The only (minor) issue was the need for a few more kitchen trash bags, maybe some kind of cleaning wipes or spray, and some blackout blinds or curtains. Nothing that impacted our experience. Thank you all for making our birthday weekend so special!!

The condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and provided all of the amenities we needed. Booking was a breeze and communication when we needed to update our dates for booking was great. My only negative was that we stayed on the 4th floor of the building which consisted of 4 double flights of stairs. We were informed the day of check in that the elevator was broken however staff and others in the bulding confirmed it had been out for sometime and was not a recent development. There was also a laminated printed sign on the elevator which was clear it wasn't just thrown together. We stayed during the week into the weekend and never saw anyone working on it. This stop was only half of our trip so lugging up 8 days of luggage to nearly the top floor was very inconvenient for what we paid for the condo. Additionally, watching the cleaning staff carry up totes one by one for each unit was pretty awful. If this is long term, that should really be noted in the listing in case others with disabilities cannot climb the stairs.
