Les Alpages du Corbier A003 - Piscine chauffée

Ideally located just 50 m from a chairlift, this flat is the perfect place to enjoy the 28 slopes of the Corbier ski area. As a Famille Plus resort, there's something for everyone! This 29 m² flat has a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a 5 m² balcony with sublime mountain views. You can also take advantage of the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool, the ideal place to relax after a day on the slopes. Bed linen and towels not provided. Wifi included. Sleeps 4 adults and one baby. We look forward to seeing you soon!

The flat
Located on the ground floor of the residence, the flat is as follows:

- Entrance hall with storage cupboard.
- Fitted living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area for 4.
- Fully equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue machine, crockery and cutlery...
- Separate bedroom with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and TV.
- Bathroom with bath and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC.
- 5 m² north-east-facing balcony with mountain views and garden furniture.

The residence's communal areas are accessible free of charge:
- Heated outdoor swimming pool, open from 18 December to 15 April, and from 2 July to 27 August. Outside these dates, the pool is closed (opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change).
- Fitness area.

The area
The residence is ideally located, 50 m from the ski lift, 300 m from the nearest shops and 350 m from the ESF kindergarten. At an altitude of 1500 m, the Corbier resort offers exceptional panoramic views of the most beautiful neighbouring peaks - everything you need for an enjoyable stay!

A restaurant-bar, "L'épicurien", is open in the residence in winter and summer. It serves tartiflette, fondue, raclette and pizzas. Viennoiserie and bread to order in the morning.

Activities
A wide range of activities are available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-sled rides...
Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO sledge race, human curling, farm visit, torchlight descent.

A "Family Plus" resort since 2006, with activities for all ages.

In the resort centre, nursery for 6 months/4 years old, children's club for 4-12 year olds, games library, 650 km of hiking trails, special trail and Max's hike for children, accompanied hikes, Sybelles Express chairlift.

Cycling activities: bike park with draisienne and trotinette for 3-12 year-olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes.

Tyrolean traverse, trampoline, paragliding, archery, exploring the peaks on horseback, wellness massages

Other information
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from the beginning of July to the end of August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by Le Corbier resort.
