Amazing entertaining space with all the amenities! Tennis, pickleball, and basketball, heated pool, theater room, fitness center, game room, office space, open floor plan, garage, parking for 20 vehicles. You have full access to the home! The gourmet kitchen, theater room, three laundry rooms, fitness center, office space, and recreational amenities.The entire home is accessible to guests! Make yourself at home!
The immediate area offers hiking trails, golf, restaurants, movie theaters, bowling, shopping. Cubs spring training games are approximately 5 miles from the home, Scottsdale and all it has to offer is 10 minutes away.
Several car services are available in the area. For those having their own vehicle, parking is generally free.
In home services such as a chef experience or regular maid service are available.

The host was wonderful. We requested an air fryer which the house did not have and within a couple of hours they had gone out and purchased one and delivered it to our door step. They were checking on us daily to be sure everything was going well. One of the best experiences we have had at a rental. Thanks Andi and Scott!

Scott was a terrific host. Extremely responsive to any questions or issues. We had a 2 year old with us and Scott quickly put up a security fence around the pool. Great amenities throughout the house. The property is so large with so many things to do that we occasionally had difficulty finding each other.

We have been going on golf trips for 35 plus years and this house and its property and grounds was quite possibly the nicest house we ever stayed in. Was it perfect no. But no house that's strictly for rentals ever is. But it was great, the beds were super comfortable there was tons of space and to a man every one loved the place

Family Reunion

We had a family reunion at this beailutiful estate. Ages ranged from 13 to 78, some with mobile impairments. This place allowed enough space to have some private time and also provides so many things to do.The gourmet kitchen and amenities provided enough space for family cooking time.Enjoy the pool, movie room or game room. This place has it all.

We recently stayed at the house for a family reunion with 5 families with a group of 26! The house was our favorite reunion house so far! The spacious ground floor has lots of usable space, seating, & tables to eat together, play games, puzzles, & visit. The kitchen was nice & open with counter space to cook & serve easily, and a huge pantry with lots of shelving to help declutter the kitchen counters. (Our only downside was there was only one dishwasher in the main kitchen, and limited XL pots & bowls to cook & serve for such a large group who cooks the majority of their food together, but we supplemented with paper products & foil pans.) We were very Thankful for the large ice machine in the kitchen!!! (it looks like it replaced a 2nd dishwasher at some point) The pool was good size & deep enough for everyone to enjoy and the hot tub and seating area around it was nice. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor & main floor, and Casita all had private bathrooms which was nice for the couples!! Our kids shared the downstairs bedrooms & the 3 shared bathrooms down there. We were pleasantly surprised by the 3 extra twin mattresses which could be moved to different bedrooms or closets (big enough for a small bedroom) for max flexibility for sleeping arrangements. We were VERY Thankful the Air Conditioning worked so well in August!! The host was very attentive & helpful to any issue that arose during our stay! This is a Great house for family reunions!! We highly recommend this house

Great house - just as advertised

This house was a great fit for our large group, even in the hot summer climate. A/C worked great, the pool was in frequent use, and we loved the layout. We've sometimes found that houses that sleep this many people are somehow short on table space, but this house had lots of seating and we could spread out a bit. We'll be back next year!

Juneteenth Family Celebration

There was lots of room for us to enjoy our time there however, the sheets on the bed were not clean. The host was very helpful with problems with the TVs that didn’t work. He came out to get them fixed. other than the linen not being clean on several of the beds things was good. Overall, everything was OK.

Perfect spot for our team event

We brought 18 employees together for a mid year get together with the purpose of running in person strategy sessions and of course have some fun. The internet was very reliable for having 18 phones and 18 laptops on it. The music throughout the house made it extra enjoyable. The rooms were exactly as described. I could go on and on. Great bachelor and bachelorette stay

We had 11 couples stay at the house. Plenty of gear to cook with. Easy 15 minutes to airport. 20 minutes to Scottsdale row. Not a lot of walkable food and beverage but still convenient quick drive to grocery. Lots of fun activities around the house.

The Perfect VRBO

We came out to Scottsdale as a 16 man bachelor party. The house was better than even described in the listing. Not very often does a house claim to be able to sleep a certain amount of people and actually be able to accommodate. The rooms were huge with king or queen size beds giving everyone their space needed without cramming 4 beds into a small room. The rest of the house is also more than large enough that everyone can be together. If anyone were to mention going to Scottsdale, I would 100% recommend staying here. Aside from the house, the location is prime. Within a mile of major expressways and 10 minutes to whatever you may need. The only thing that makes this above the rest is the hosts themselves. They answered any and all questions and would check in prior to our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. Can’t thank you enough!

Amazing home, one that will be talked about for a long time!

Scott was kind enough to open his home to our baseball family for our last season together. His response time and communication is the best I've seen. the house is truly breathtaking and pictures don't do it justice. The outdoor living was spectacular! Our baseball boys will talk about this trip for years and years to come, "The Mansion!". Thank you, Scott - everything was perfect!
