Our overall experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The exterior of the property was run down, and the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our stay.The biggest issue was the water outage. While I understand this was a city-wide problem and not the fault of the property itself, the way it was handled was unacceptable. We were without water for a day and a half and were left to fill coolers from the pool or the ocean just to flush the toilet. Property management offered no communication, updates, or assistance during this time. In fact, our host told us she was unaware of the outage until I informed her the following morning. Although she eventually sent jugs of water, that wasn’t until after we had already been without water for an extended period.To make matters worse, we woke up again on Thursday morning with no water until around noon, leaving us unable to shower or flush the toilet before starting our day.The studio itself was decent, but there were maintenance issues as well. The toilet seat was missing a bolt and wouldn’t stay in place. Maintenance came to repair it but left trash and debris scattered across the bathroom floor for us to clean up ourselves.Overall, the lack of communication, concern, and customer service from the property management completely overshadowed any positives about the unit. This was supposed to be an enjoyable vacation, but instead it became a frustrating and stressful experience. I would not stay here again,

I’m really sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Unfortunately, the water outage was a city-wide issue, completely beyond my control. As soon as I was aware, I immediately offered a refund, and I sent my housekeeper with gallons of water to keep you comfortable. I also arranged for a repair person to fix any issues as quickly as possible. I truly strive to provide the best experience

Great Place for Family

We stayed for the IronMan Triathlon that my husband was racing in. Location is great, amenities are ideal for family, pool/beach/drinks/food all on site. Only bummer was we couldn’t keep our golf cart on the property as we used it to get to and from the race. Only downfall, but that is a building policy so nothing to do with this particular unit. The unit was clean, size was perfect and balcony looked over the pool and beach, Stunning.

This condo was beautiful and perfect for us. The resort was ok. The pool/tiki bar area/ beach access was perfect. The resort is currently doing construction which is loud all day beating and banging. We had an oversized vehicle which this resort only offers 7 parking spots for oversized vehicles and with construction going on it dropped that to 4 spots. It is first come first serve on the spots. If they do not have one available they have another lot a mile down the road which is also public parking with no security. This is a bit ridiculous in my opinion for resort to only have 7 spots for overaozed vehicles woth over 700 units. The elevator was expected to be very slow and always packed. So it took sometimes 30 mins for the elevator to reach us. The condo itself looks just like the pictures we had no complaints with the condo. We just would not be back due to the resort itself.

Super nice and clean place but very very busy at times

The room was very nice, plenty of room for us 3 girls we all slept on the bed which was huge and didn’t even have use the pull out couch. Bathroom is decently sized and the view was beautiful. It does get very busy in the evenings. There are a lot of people considering the place is huge but my only complaint is the elevators, which has nothing to do with the room but I wish I would have known how long and ridiculous it took to just catch an elevator that had enough room for 3. The tiki bar and snack bar was nice along with the hot tub. All the employees were very nice and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay here! I would recommend

Short but Sweet

The condo was just as pictured. Some of the furniture has seen better days like the couch & bed but that was not a big deal for us. Both mattresses were uncomfortable in our opinion - one extremely soft with no support & another very thin with metal bars in your side - however, we were able to work through it. The kitchen had more than enough utensils, cookware & even small appliances. It was a huge help because we were able to save a little money by preparing breakfast and lunch onsite. The bathroom was a basic 4 piece but had ample counter space. It was a little short on towels/wash clothes but we made things work with the additional hand towels. My only complaint about the bathroom was how long it took the tub to drain & how hot/humid the room gets from lack of airflow. We ended up having to shower with the door open otherwise, its like getting ready in a sauna. As nice as the studio was, it did not outweigh property concerns. One of the biggest being parking. We ended up having to park a quarter mile away from the condo because all of the “yellow” spots were taken. To clarify, this property does not have a reserved parking spot. From a security stand-point, this made us very uneasy because our vehicle was out of reach/sight the entire trip. Not only did we have to pay for daily parking, we also had to pay for Lyft each time we wanted to go somewhere. Those were large, unexpected expenses that we were not prepared for. The other property concern is the elevators. The complex is VERY LARGE and with only 3 sets of old/outdated elevators, you will have to wait anywhere from 10-45 minutes to get to/from your room. If we ever return, we now know to stay below the 6th floor because for them, the stairs are manageable. The best parts of the entire stay were the pool, beach access, the view & close proximity to a few restaurants. The onsite tiki bar was also a bonus. That said, this is a place is all about going, doing and having fun. If you are looking for a chill, quiet place to retreat to, this place is not for you.

Hi Kristina! I am sorry you did not have a 5 star experience. I just wanted to note that the mattress note is very personal and we do receive compliments on how comfortable hey are actually almost eery other stay. However, I want to thank about mentioning the furniture, we are actually in the works of replacing some. Towels, I made a note to cleaning crew to make sure to leave more of towels for guests. I will be honest with about the room getting hot, this is a studio and summer time is a peak season for heat. We try our best to keep our guests cool throughout their stay. We also note the elevators in the high peak season and parking in our check in instructions and there I nowhere mention that we have a reserved parking spot. We appreciate your feedback and we hope you will have an amazing experience when you come to Shores of Panama:)

We really enjoyed our time at shores of Panama. The room was exactly as pictured. When we checked in the room smelled so clean. Communication about check in and info was very clear. There were extras of laundry detergent, coffee, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, disposable coffee cups and even makeup remover wipes. Very nice little touches I appreciated! It had everything u needed to cook in the kitchen. View was amazing. The resort its self is very nice. We’ve stayed at shores of Panama many times and love it. Very convenient location to shops and food. Loved the welcome binder in the room that had lots of good info in it. It even had the menu for the resort food. I highly recommend eating at Mcguires Irish pub.. we went twice while there. Steak was the best I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back to this specific condo in the future! Highly recommend. Not really a complaint but just a suggestion- there are only 2 chairs on the balcony. We couldn’t all sit outside at the same time as a family of 4.. would love to have maybe a small table with some more chairs or just more seating in general. Can’t wait to come back again!

We will be renting again was exactly how the pics look online super clean great location. The owners were excellent about getting back to us when we locked ourselves out of the room. I highly recommend staying in this unit.
