Great place to stay! Very clean and it had everything we needed for the week! Having a reserved parking space in a convenient location was also a plus! No complaints at all and will look to book this room again in the future!

Bugs, Black Mold, and Bad Staff- Oh MyUpon arrival, my wife went to use the bathroom only to find a bug running around in the bowl, and it would not flush down the toilet. Next, when we tried to leave to unit, the door would not lock. The batteries in the keypad lock unit were too low to operate properly, an inconvenience for sure. There were constant cockroaches running around the property, including the main lobby where they were running freely. There was black mold in the bathroom. The master bedroom tv did not have batteries that worked, and the tv is on the wrong wall for viewing. There is no space at all to put anything in the master bedroom. The bed fills the whole small room with little to spare around the edges, giving you nowhere to put your luggage, or you are tripping over it the whole time. The staff are some of the rudest people we have ever encountered, truly unbelievable. I can not recommend staying here, and we will never stay at Shores of Panama again, there are much better options available.

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay Adam, I asked for you to let me know who was rude to you and I received no response. You did not mention anything to me about bugs or mold. If you see our reviews, they are all 5 stars and all state how clean the units are except from you. I visit my units every few weeks to ensure there are no issues especially with cleanliness. The issue with the door was your error as you hit the * button when you unlocked the door originally instead of the #. Hitting * keeps the door unlocked. Instructions were provided how to operate the door lock. Yes, the batteries were low so I could not see it from my end but that was fixed within 30 minutes of you letting me know. If I had the experience you claim to have had I would not stay in a place with mold and bugs, I would leave and ask for a refund. There are plenty of places to stay in PCB this time of year so your options were limitless. Not sure why you stayed your entire trip, I would have gladly refunded your stay as you are also not the most pleasant person to deal with nor the type of person I want staying at my condo or the resort.
