Stunning Sea Colony Oceanfront Condo just steps to the sand and pools!

Make memories that will last a lifetime! This stunning, oceanfront property walks out directly to the sand. Located on the ground floor of the Farragut building of the Sea Colony Beach and world class tennis resort, this condo is approximately 50 feet to the sand and 50 feet to one of the nine outdoor pools. Listen to the sound of the waves as you sleep. The panoramic views will take your breath away!

Sea Colony is a family-first facility, with 24-7 security and private lifeguards in-season. For our active guests, Sea Colony has 34 tennis courts (including pickle ball courts), tennis and pickle ball clinics and lessons, basketball courts (indoor and outdoor), 12 heated pools (2 indoor) and a state of the art fitness center with exercise classes. The Bethany beach shops, boardwalk and restaurants are all within a 15 minute walk. Next door, the Edgewater building has a deli/convenience store (in-season) and one of the indoor pools for year round swimming. Across the street from Sea Colony are several other dining and shopping options.

The condo has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is 14' x 12' with a king sized bed and a master bath with tub. The second bedroom is 13' x 11' with a queen bed. The third bedroom (which is 12' x 13') has two bunk beds for a total of four twin beds. The second upgraded bathroom serves the second and third bedrooms as well as guests. The L-shaped living room/dining room area has a 15' x 15' living room space with a large sectional sofa, 55 inch flat screen with cable TV. The dining room (10' x 8') has ample table that seats six comfortably. The kitchen is updated with appliances, quartz counters, and an open layout to maximize the whitewater views. Porcelain tile flooring is installed in all bedrooms and the main living area.

Property damage protection is required (less than $100), and will be sent via owner upon executed rental agreement.

Please note that we do not provide linens during the off season. We would be happy to put you in touch with a reasonably priced linen service upon request.

IMPORTANT SEA COLONY INFO: Each renter over the age of 4 will need to purchase a pass from Sea Colony that enables you to access beach, pools, gym, tennis and all that Sea Colony has to offer.
