Unglaubliches 9-Zi. Haus mit privatem Pool & Spielzimmer!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m really sorry for the condition of the front door at the time of your arrival—that’s absolutely not the experience we want for our guests. The damage was unexpected and occurred shortly before your check-in, but we should have communicated this to you in advance and kept you updated throughout your stay. I understand how concerning that must have felt, especially with the visible damage and caution tape. Please know we take safety and transparency very seriously, and this has been addressed to ensure it does not happen again. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and regret the inconvenience it caused during your stay.
