BEACHFRONT condo on the 3rd floor. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This spacious unit will comfortably sleep 8 in beds plus 2 on sleeper sofa for a total of 10. The beach and beachside pool are just steps away from your balcony.

You can watch your kids swim at the pool from the balcony.

Our 3rd FLOOR unit at the Watercrest is BEACH FRONT located at the center of the building and has a nice view of the pool as well as the wonderful gulf front, beach views. Not all Watercrest units have a pool view, ours does. It also has a DIRECT GULF FRONT unobstructed view of the beach from the kitchen, den, and two of the bedrooms.

This unit is 1440 sq feet!

We have two gulf front master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both have king beds and both have balcony access.


The third bedroom has two Queen Beds.

The living room has a queen size pull out couch.

Free high speed internet is provided.

Each of the three bedrooms have their own bath, stocked with plenty of towels and wash cloths for your convenience.

You'll enjoy the many amenities that Watercrest has to offer. The Watercrest has a tennis court, a shuffle ball court and, indoor racquetball court. We have a large pool, a kiddy pool, a huge hot tub, men’s and women's fitness rooms each with a dry sauna. There are also charcoal grills on the grounds.

Resort charges $50 registration fee (per vehicle, plus tax and fees). Max of 2 vehicles for the main lot. 3rd vehicle can park in overflow lot (first come, first serve) and is a $75 fee. Link will be sent via email once reservation is paid in full.
