Das dritte Schlafzimmer mit Aussperrung verfügt über eine luxuriöse Wet-Bar und einen Minikühlschrank für Ihren Urlaubsgenuss. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer haben Zugang zum Balkon, damit Sie die Sonne, den Sand und die Wellen genießen können. Eine sehr seltene Einheit mit allen Schlafzimmern direkt am kristallblauen Wasser und den weißen Sandstränden von Panama City Beach!
Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 10 Personen in Betten, mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, 2 Queensize-Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer und einem Kingsize-Bett im abschließbaren dritten Schlafzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über Kabel-TV mit DVD-Player. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Kabelfernsehen. Free Wifi im Zimmer verfügbar!

Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 8 Personen und ist durch eine Frühstückstheke mit Barhockern von der Küche getrennt. Viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Die Küche enthält alle wichtigen Geräte; Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler, Geschirr, Besteck usw. und eine Waschmaschine / Trockner im Hauswirtschaftsraum.

Wir haben Ihnen bequem zwei Sets kostenloser Liegestühle (4 Stühle) zur Verfügung gestellt, die in der Regel kostenpflichtig zu mieten sind!

Long Beach liegt an zuckerweißen Stränden im Herzen von Panama City Beach. Das Resort ist mit einem 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst ausgestattet. Es ist in der Nähe von Familienunterhaltung, Golf, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielem mehr. Don’t expect anything from management

The condo was great and we already love Long Beach BUT the refrigerator was not working an we did not know that when we purchased groceries on Saturday. We let the management company know on Sunday morning and explained that we had groceries. Nothing was done until Monday and the person who communicated with us said she was only customer service and she would have the property manager contact us by email. No one ever did. We had to eat the cost of our groceries for the week.

Family vacation

We had a great time. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook for a large family. That is important to me. The beds were pretty comfortable. The balcony floor was kinda dirty but it was ok. Plenty of furniture for everyone. We had some bugs on the floor at night. I didn’t say anything because it wasn’t bad. It could use a little revamp though. I would definitely stay there again. It was a great price for two weeks.

Great place

Condo was perfect, no complaints with that at all. Love the 2 sets of beach chairs that came with it. The resort overall could use some updates/repairs and the big pool with waterfalls is extremely chilly but other than that it was amazing.

Balcony, Beach, and Pool

You pay for the view, beach, and the pool. We did not feel the condo itself was as nice as the pictures. It needed several repairs and the kitchen ceiling needed cleaned badly. It would have been nice if we were told how to lock and unlock the front door in advance. The front door wasn't locked apparently when we arrived, so we didn't know we had to push a button and turn a knob to lock and unlock the door. You should tell people that in your instructions. The view is amazing, the pool/bar and grill is amazing and so were the people working there! Over all we had a great relaxing time.

Overall, an OK experience

Overall, the stay was OK. The price we paid this time compared to previous stays was not quite worth the bang for the buck. The condo itself was extremely clean when we checked in. We unfortunately had quite a few roaches come and visit us throughout our stay that arrived after the first couple of days. Before the roaches arrived, pest control showed up and the gentleman just walked right on in to our condo. We were not made aware that he or anyone would be coming to spray for them - so this was certainly a shock. The AC was all over the place... the main unit would have one bedroom ice cold and the other bedroom running ~10degrees warmer. The second AC unit in the condo controlled the room my wife, son and I stayed in... we had the air on 70 and while it would get down to 70 at times, it was consistently sitting 73-75 on thermostat (not sure what was going on). Something out of their control that we had to tolerate was a dog that was 1 unit above ours that was constantly barking and really took away from just hanging out on the balcony. Overall, we would definitely consider staying there again but in no way shape or form would we ever pay what we paid for it. The cost for the things we had to tolerate/deal with was simply unfortunate.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really wish I could give this vacation rental a good review. Upon arrival, the rental seemed wonderful. The owner was responsive and the size and view of the rental was great. I loved the parking situation and there were no elevator issues. The condo definitely could have been cleaner but we usually do a clean upon arrival so that was even ok. However, after the first night, we started seeing roaches. I alerted the owner and I was told it was the HOA responsibility but that they would send someone in addition. Well, that never happened. During our stay we saw many, many roaches. Not just one here or there, several. We bought spray and used it (with small children). This did minimal to help the situation. I again reached out to the owner about an exterminator and there was never a returned response. We bought a second can of roach spray and used nearly all of that as well. Very, very disappointing. We had to shake everything out, including our suitcases, it hopes to bring nothing home. I do want to give a shoutout to the employee who cleans the building itself, she works so hard and is so polite.

Great vacation

Long beach resort was great. Beautiful views and beaches, easy beach access, nice pools. Room was nice. Plenty of room for 10 people. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Could have been cleaner but not bad. Overall had a great time and would stay here again

The condo was great. It had everything we needed and more. It was clean and very well designed. It was almost like being at home. There was an issue with some critters in the kitchen but we called and supposedly they did come out to spray the next day. We were gone all day and never knew if they came. We never received a call back to verify if everything was good.

Great View

Nice condo Loved the balcony! Will definitely stay here again. A couple of suggestions, you definitely need more towels for a three bedroom. I always bring my own so it wasn’t a problem for me, but will be for guests who don’t. The tracks on the sliding glass doors need cleaning. The salt air and dust buildup is definitely making them hard to open. But still would give this place a definite thumbs up!!

Great Location/Good Accommodations

We loved staying at Long Beach Resort. The location is perfect for our needs. Love having a balcony and looking/listening to the ocean. The unit felt a bit old. The stove and oven don’t provide the proper temperatures, the bedroom drawers pull right out with no stops, one bathroom had a toilet paper holder hanging off the wall and there were no backup supplies. Not a trash bag, roll of toilet paper and no Kleenex at all. I rent a lot of locations from VRBO and most places provide at least 1 backup. The biggest issue we had was a bedroom smoke sector went off intermittently the 2nd day we were there. At no point in the week did someone come to look at it. After a number of texts and a phone call and listening to it for 5+ hours we disconnected it.

Family vacation

Plenty of room for our family. The condo was as pictured. Convenient location. We were there during spring break so there was some commotion down the beach but PCB police kept everything under control and contained, away from the Long Beach property. Very enjoyable vacation.

Always Good but room for improvement

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has the greatest layout. It has been updated a little from the original condo back in early 2000. Took out part of the kitchen wall and added nice counter tops. Master bathroom shower/toilet room has been updated nicely. I’m not sure what else. Toilet lids could be replaced in at least the master bath not sure why they would not have been fixed sometime ago. Very inexpensive to replace with new. The big sliding door and the windows all need the inside areas deep cleaned. There is dirt dust hair and other things in them. Coffee pot worked great. Has a regular coffee with K Cup built in and a separate k Cup. The toilet paper supplied at arrival you could actually see through. Not sure where the cost savings comes in when you use 6 foot of paper every time. The dinner table or dining table is old and could be replaced. The garbage cans in bathrooms and kitchen need a deep cleaning inside. I would not have left this information had I not received this email requesting and saying that you want to know. This condo is perfect for larger families, extra friends that may come or parents. Layout is perfect. We live this condo just needs some very minor updates and a littleTLC. You asked for it so please do not take offense.
