Dieses komplett eingerichtete und komplett ausgestattete Apartment mit Meerblick und 3 Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und Hartholzböden befindet sich in North Myrtle Beach. Neu renovierte Küche und Bäder. Es bietet Zugang zum Strand vor der Wohnung und ist nur zwei Blocks vom Cherry Grove Fishing Pier entfernt. Es ist nur wenige Minuten von einigen der besten Golfplätze in South Carolina entfernt. Sie können den Tidewater Golfplatz von unserem Achterdeck aus sehen. WLAN ist in der Wohnung verfügbar.
Cherry Grove ist sehr familienorientiert und hat nichts kommerzielles. Bis zum Restaurant Row, dem Alabama Theatre, Dixie Stampede und House of Blues sind es nur wenige Autominuten. . . Sie nennen es, wir haben es.

Great Stay

This unit was great for our family get away. Located just minutes from the beach and shops, clean, quite and price point fit well for our budget. Denise was responsive and accommodating to all requests and questions. I’ll definitely be looking to book with her in the future again.

Great location for the beach and relaxing

Enjoyed our time in this condo very much. Things we loved: keyless entry, comfy beds, mornings on the balcony overlooking the Intercoastal, quiet friendly neighbors, easy parking, helpful communication with owners at both the time of booking and check-in.Things to know: we rented linens from Spic n Span Cleaning and Linen. Great service for folks who fly in and don't want to pay for an extra suitcase to carry linens. Also- no shelters, tents, etc are allowed on the beach from May 15 - October. It’s umbrellas during this time. Speaking of the beach: there are two convenient beach access points across the street. It's less crowded than other spots close by because the buildings are smaller here. There is a place to rinse sand off on the patio so don't fret when you don't see a spigot coming off the beach. All in all, we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend

Vacation was Great!

My friends and I just got back from our vacation and had a blast. The condo is very nice and very clean. The beach was just across the street and was not that crowded. Restaurant row and Barefoot Landing are only minutes away. I would definately recommend this condo to friends and already have. We really enjoyed our vacation and would come back again.

Great time

The condo was clean. A/C? worked fine as well as all of the appliances in the condo. Could not get the TV's in the bedrooms to work however. Close proximity to the Ocean. I was glad there was a place top shower off outside before coming into the condo helped to keep it clean. The entire family had a really great vacation and the condo was a big reason for it.

Great Property - needs improved parking enforcement

This was our first time staying in a condo (3br, 2ba) and we had a very pleasant experience. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 8. There were 4 TV's which was awesome because the kids could play their video games on one and we could watch our shows on the other 3. There were plenty of pots/pans/dishes for the amount of cooking and eating we did. The only downside was parking. We informed them in advance that we would have 3 cars and we were graciously given a 3rd parking pass. The problem was 2 vehicles parked there all week with no parking pass at all and they were not towed. This caused a shortage in parking spaces the last 3 days we were there and we were told we could park a block away and walk even though we had a pass and these 2 vehicles didn't. Someone even had the nerve to knock on our door and tell my daughter she was calling a tow truck (she didn't) to have one of our vehicles towed. By the time I got dressed and out she was gone and I didn't know for sure which unit she was in and we didn't see her again. Under the building is reserved for owners only and there was only 2 nights that one vehicle was parked under the building. My take away is this.....if the sign says reserved parking and unauthorized (no parking pass) vehicles will be towed then they should be towed. But, overall we had an excellent experience with the condo and the beach access and the short drive to shops and restaurants. We are already talking about going back next year. The price was right and definitely a well cared for unit. I highly recommend this property because you will not be disappointed.

Has so much potential!

We stayed at this property June 17-24, 2018. First, I would like say that the owners were always pleasant and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. We were happy to be able to take our fur babies and the location was wonderful with public access right across the street next to Cherry Grove Pier. However, there were several things that could be improved. The chairs in the living room were filthy. They were held together with duck tape and were sticky to the touch. The carpet and chairs in the bedrooms was severely stained, however there was laminate flooring in the unit, which made me think they were in the process of renovating. The AC would not cool below 78 the first night in the unit. My husband checked the filter and it was so clogged there was no air flow. Luckily, there were some filters in the laundry closet. After we changed it, the unit cooled normally for the rest of the week. The toilet started to overflow the first time in use so my husband used the plunger to unclog it, the vacuum was filled to the brim with dog hair, the shower in the hallway had a broken drain screen, there was dust covering the ceilings from the fan, blinds were broken, bed spreads were stained, etc. None of these issues individualally are deal breakers, but when I spend over 1400 on a rental, (pet fees, tax, cleaning, etc.) I don’t want to be doing maintenance and cleaning. It was also very annoying that only owners are allowed to park in the covered parking under the building. We stayed all week and not one car was ever parked there. It wouldn’t take much to make this rental wonderful, just a little deep cleaning and some new furniture. If these items were addressed, we would definitely stay in this condo again.

Many of your concerns we address annually before the summer peak season begins then try to take care of any additional issues as they arise. New furniture is slated for the fall. Parking regulations are established by the Homeowners Association but we encourage our renters to use their own judgement when the building is predominately empty. Inaccurate description Be aware before renting

This property has potential, but there are several issues with the listing that future renters need to be aware of. As of 11/4, the listing hasn't been updated, so we assume that our feedback will not be incorporated into the listing. NOT OCEANVIEW - We are not sure how they interpret “oceanview”, but no guest or Realtor would agree that this unit is oceanview. This unit is located at the back of the property. The only way we could see a sliver of ocean from the actual unit was if we went behind the chair and end table over to the window, lifted and held the blinds (the blinds are broken, so you cannot tilt or raise them) and while holding the blinds up you can look across the street and between a narrow gap you can see a sliver of ocean. NO LINENS PROVIDED (bedding or kitchen and bath towels) - This was a huge surprise when we arrived at the unit late at night. Yes, if you click on the “View all rooms & beds details” link, you will see the blurb about not providing sheets and towels. Why do you refuse to put this on the main listing? As a result we did not use the pillows or blankets and comforters that were provided because we assume that if they are not cleaning linens, they are not cleaning the provided blankets and pillows between each stay. Ew! NO STARTER SUPPLIES PROVIDED - No paper towels, and only a small amount of toilet paper left from the previous guest. NOT FULLY-EQUIPPED - The dishes, pots, and pans were an assortment of mismatched items and the dishes were not even a full set, so we had to wash several times to have plates and reasonably sized bowls to use. QUESTIONABLE STORAGE PRACTICES - I’m not sure that I would use pans that are stored in the damp environment under the sink with the cleaning chemicals. Pots are also stored in the oven, so you must empty the oven into the already crowded kitchen before you attempt to use it. UNREFUNDED FEES. We were told several times that the $100 property fee would be refunded, but as of 11/4, we we haven’t received that refund, so we had to resort to a credit card dispute. It’s a shame that a few minor deficiencies that could either be easily resolved or at least better communicated in the listing would mar such a conveniently located property. We did enjoy the quiet (only two owners were staying during our weekend) and the close proximity to the public access. It is approximately a mile to the restaurants and grocery store, but we enjoyed the walk and rarely used our car

LINENS- to keep our nightly prices highly affordable to guests, and due to the distance we live from the condo, we cannot provide linen service. This policy is clearly listed on the website. We have been renting for over 15 years and have never had an issue with a renter being unaware of our policy. We’re sorry that was not the case for you. 2. OCEANVIEW- Our condo is on the back of the complex building. However, you can see the ocean and pier from the window very clearly. You can also see the ocean and pier clearly on the corner of our back porch. We have visited the condo since your stay and ensured the blinds do, in fact, work. 3. The assumption that pillows and blankets are not cleaned- this is simply not the case. Blankets and pillows are cleaned between each stay. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities. 4. STARTER SUPPLIES- we have extra supplies underneath sinks in both bathrooms and the kitchen. 5. KITCHEN EQUIPTMENT- We base our supplies on eight people, which is what our rental property can hold. There is a dishwasher there for your convenience. 6. KITCHEN STORAGE- while we organize when we are at the condo. We rent frequently and are unable to reorganize between each stay. Renters move things where they see fit during their stay as we want them to feel at home. We also require all guests to clean their dishes before their stay ends. We have also recently bought all new stainless-steel appliances which will improve storage. 7. FEES- we have talked to VRBO directly about your concern as we do not deal with the actual refund. We have been guaranteed that you were never charged for the security deposit. You agree to an additional damages charge when you book if the condo is not left in the condition you found it. Once your stay is complete, we confirm there was no damage, and the charge is never applied. We hope that clarifies things for you. We take great pride and joy in our condo and have been renting over 15 years to hundreds of renters. We hope your concerns are addressed fully to you and those looking to rent our condo. Cleanliness is a top priority for our family, and we look forward to welcoming renters for years to come.

Very nice anniversary

Love the condo it is clean, peaceful,and the beach is right across the street maybe 5 min walk to the beach.You can see the fishing pier from the corner of the balcony and look across the street from the balcony and see more water this condo was perfect for our anniversary.You don't have to drive to the beach and pay for parking ,just walk across the street . This place had the best views overlooking the ocean channel. You can sit in the den which opens up to a balcony you can also sit on. The Cherry Grove pier is only a super short walk, there is public access to the beach across the street, and a convenient drive to anywhere. The beds were very comfortable and house was clean. Kitchen was stocked and appliances all worked. T.V's in every bedroom and den. We greatly appreciate the homeowners putting it for rent because without homeowners offering it to rent we would be stuck limited to hotels and this is a much better vacation! Thank you for a wonderful vacation here!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying at the condo and everything was very clean. It was nice to just walk across the street and be at the beach. All activities were close by and we enjoyed everything. The owners were great and kept close contact with us. Great place to stay.

Location and condo were great. First time staying at Cherry Grove and it exceeded expectations

HomeAway from home

Neighbors was nice walking distance just minutes from beach. Around almost everything .If you looking for something to go to and go back without traffic

Great place!

This is a great place to stay! Clean, spacious apartment with quick, easy access to the beach, and lots of things to do very close by. The owners were quick to respond and checking in and out was a breeze!

Awesome place

I love staying there so nice and clean the O'haras are wonderful to work with. I would recommend this place to all. Quite cozy and comfortable close to bout everything. Love it here

Cherry grove beach

Everything was wonderful, condo was perfect, short distance to the beach , shops and restaurants very close by, thank yall so much for making our trip one of the best times yet .

Christmas with the family

We stayed Dec 21-26. There were 5 adults and 1 60 pound lab. There was plenty of room and lots of dishes. Most places never have enough for cooking. There was plenty of hot water to go around when all of us were getting ready to go out. I love ❤️ the location and would definitely stay here again. The pictures are as advertised.
