There is also a second story balcony off of the master bedroom via sliding doors to enjoy the view and beautiful sunsets Lake Erie has to offer. Outdoor hot tub ,, outside shower and hammock are just a few of the amenities. The house has central air conditioning and the modern kitchen has every amenity for a chef of any skill level. There is a large Weber gas grill and a large charcoal smoker grill. Beach amenities include paddle board , kayak, boogie boards, life vest, beach chairs and beach towels. The inside is decorated with comfy chairs and sofas . Large screen TV , Wi fi and Cable TV. There is a large kitchen island with 6 counter stools and a dinning room table for indoor eating. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Detached garage via a breezeway has an additional full size refrigerator and ping pong table and basketball net.
