.☛ Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance
.☛ Trash pickup: Wednesday mornings — please place bins out Tuesday night
.☛ Firewood and fire starters must be brought by guests for the fire pit and wood-burning stove
.☛ Charcoal for the BBQ grill must be brought by guests
.☛ $500 penalty per violation, plus additional charges for damages if applicable
