Sleeping arrangements
This home accommodates up to 10 guests across three bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the first floor, one bedroom features a king bed with a private bath that includes a shower and tub combination. Another first-floor bedroom offers a king bed paired with twin bunk beds and access to a hall bath. Upstairs, a private suite includes a king bed, ensuite bath, and soaking tub for quiet rejuvenation.
Living spaces
Designed with both relaxation and convenience in mind, the main living area includes comfortable seating and a Smart TV for cozy movie nights. A dedicated kids playroom provides a place for younger guests to unwind, while the screened-in patio offers a breezy spot for evening conversations. Perfect location
Our family stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed every minute. The house is so cute and decorated with warmth and so inviting. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and less than 2 minute walk to the pool.

Absolutely loved this house!!
We absolutely loved this house and will definitely be back! We’ve been staying on 30A for years, and this was one of the most well stocked and thought out homes we’ve stayed in. It was extremely clean and felt so homey and comfortable. We loved the community and the location! We can’t wait to visit again!

We LOVED this property and we’ve been visiting Seaside for 15 years. The floor plan is great for families with the upstairs TV room and an additional screened in porch with comfortable furniture and another TV. Very well stocked and clean. Beds were SO confirtable. Living room furniture comfortable. Right across the street from the quiet pool. 10 minute bike ride to Seaside. Fenced in backyard for our golden doodle!

Great vacation home!
Very comfortable home with plenty of room in a fabulous location. Love the semi-private beach access across 30a from Grove by the Sea. Love the fenced in backyard for our pet. Great water pressure in the showers. Very nice laundry room & screened in porch if needed. If you prefer to cook in stainless steel, perhaps bring your own pan.

Home at The Brown lounge
I brought my child and my dog with a few of his friends. There was plenty of space for them to have privacy, but small enough for me to keep an eye on them. My dog enjoyed the small Fenced yard in the back and I enjoyed making hamburgers on the grill. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and plan to return. I felt really at home. Thanks Brown Lounge.

Perfect house for our family vacation!
Everything was perfect ! This house was absolutely beautiful! The week we stayed was a very rainy week and we were so thankful to have such a great house to be comfortable in. The kitchen was stocked better than my kitchen at home and we had everything we need to cook for our party of 6! On the days it rained, we lounged on the comfy couches and did puzzles out on the wonderful screened porch. The beach is about a 10 min walk , and the bikes included were awesome to run out to the beach on the pretty days we had. Over all, we loved EVERYTHING about this wonderful house and would love to come back!

Perfect stay- Beautiful home & Neighborhood
Brown Lounge is the nicest home we’ve stayed in after renting vacation properties on 30A for the last 15 years. The decorations are lovely, and the entire home is very well-stocked. The home is situated in a very lovely neighborhood on Cullman right off North Andalusia. We rented a golf cart, but the beach access is probably 10-12 walk. The Seaside hub is just a few minutes up the road to the west. 4 well-maintained bikes are available along with a fenced-in backyard which is super convenient for pets. The furniture is very comfortable as were the beds, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience with Kismet properties being perfect to communicate with! We will be back!

Amazing!!
What a gem this house is! The location is in a quiet neighborhood with community pools and a very nice beach access just across the street from the neighborhood entrance. This beach access is only accessible by foot or bike (no parking for cars available) so it stays much less crowded than other stretches of the beach. The house location is an easy bike ride from the town of Seaside. I love that the Brown Lounge allowed for our fur baby to join us. The house and neighborhood are extremely dog friendly. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and very well appointed. Some of my favorite times were coffee on the adorable screened in porch every morning. I could live here!!

Loved our stay! Great communication, hosting, home, and even the neighborhood and location were amazing!
The property owners and Kismet Properties saved our vacation! We own a small place locally, and we were devastated to hear our community was starting some renovations the day after we were set to arrive. Kismet worked with us to book us at The Brown Lounge fairly last minute, and we had an amazing stay. The property was really well managed, with great communication and customer service. We love the location being so close to the beach and Seaside, and the home felt like we were a guest in someone's home, not just an income property. Tons of character, an amazing floor plan, and even a private yard. The community has great pools, and even a tennis court and basketball court, which our sons loved. The home was very walkable to the beach and had great beach access compared to many other public beaches on 30A. We would stay again and recommend it to friends. Thank you for hosting us!

Awesome stay at the Brown Lounge
Our family stayed at the Brown Lounge June of 2022. We had a blast. The house was spotless and the furnishing were perfect for the beach. The Brown Lounge felt like our home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, dishes, cookware etc. The beds were cozy and spacious. Our boys (2 & 5) loved the bunk beds! We loved being right next to the pool to cool off in the afternoon. The beach is a short walk (maybe 10-15 minutes). We pulled our kids in the wagon and it worked great. I can't say enough by how much we loved the house. You can tell the owners did a tasteful remodel and that they had a lot of pride in their vacation home. Kismet properties was great to deal with and check-in and check-out were a breeze. We will definitely be back to 30a soon. Thanks again for such a great vacation!

Beautiful and well thought out
We had a lovely stay at the Brown Lounge. It is such a well thought out house, well equipped, and with beautiful decor. It was the perfect beach getaway for our family. We loved the short bike ride to the beach. We also rode to Seaside. The community pool was a bonus for our youngest.

Beautiful and comfortable!
The house was so perfect we prayed for rain so we would stay inside more. The house is not only beautiful but very comfortable. All the beds slept very well. The kitchen was well appointed and was great to cook in. There were lots of extras like books and puzzles. The only improvements I would suggest would be better outside seating for 6 adults. The 2 chairs on the front porch were the only comfortable outside seating. The rocking bench squeaked and ladder back chairs, although cute, was not the relaxing outdoor experience for our group. Also there was no seating in the cute backyard where the grill was. If bbq’ing, you and your group have to stand.. The outdoor seating is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. This is a wonderful house. Adorandacks are everywhere in this area for a reason. 😉
