My husband and I come every year for our anniversary and this condo is by far our favorite. Super conveniently located-you can easily access the beach and the bay within 2 minutes. The pool is also the perfect temperature for the hot Florida weather (coming from fellow Floridians). Tim is extremely communicative and kind. We will definitely be back!

The place always smelled fresh when entering. The only critique I would say are the covers on couch and chair could use a cleaning. Location is perfect. We had a very enjoyable time. Neighbors were all friendly. I would rebook again. Tim the host very communicative and friendly.

2nd time staying at this condo and both times it was very clean, check in process was breeze, Tim is very responsive to messages (even though we had no issues he still checked in on us) and everything was just as the listing states. Hopefully we get to come back and enjoy again next year!

Great location! Great beaches/restaurants close by. The host was flexible with check in times. He was also readily available for quick communication and checked in with us if we needed anything. The kitchen had everything we needed, in addition to all other amenities. Would consider this location again if we come back to the area!

Location was good. Host was very communicative. Space was very clean upon arrival. Things could use some repairs - door handle with keypad is about to fall off. It would be nice if there was a dishwasher and more cookware/plates/cups etc. Bed was comfortable, however when removing bedding before we left, we noticed pillows/mattress with many stains and need to be replaced. We explored several beaches in the area. The key was badly damaged from hurricanes in 2024, so the area was different than we were expecting. Lots of repairs all over the island. Pictures of the key online are not necessarily an accurate depiction of the current state. Overall, we had a great time exploring and found lots of shark teeth on the beach!

Appreciate the feedback, bummer that we couldn't meet your expectations. We will check on the things you mentioned in the condo. As for the area, not many people dislike Manasota Key, but they are right that a hurricane hit the area in 2024. After every hurricane, things change, but the Gulf and the "KEY" are still amazing!

Condo was adorable. Very clean and stylish. The beach was destroyed in the hurricane so you had to drive to the public beach. Not what we understood from the listing.

We are glad you enjoyed the condo and thought it was adorable. We understand about getting to the Gulf, as it is always changing with storms and access; we are on the Lemon Bay side. Here is what we always send people: "There are a few ways to get across to the beach...you will see some paths that lead to the beach 1/4 mile or so down the road. We also park at the public beaches to the left and the right sometimes. At times, paths are not usable since the hurricanes, so please use your judgment. Just be respectful all over the beach paths, read signs, and usually easy to find a good way across. " We hope to see you again on the "KEY"!

Had a great vacation at the spot. Super responsive host that was extremely accommodating to my schedule! I recommend this as a nice spot for a quiet get away. The space had everything I needed for an extended stay.
