Welcome to Birds of Paradise! Beautiful, completely updated 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house (plus private heated outdoor shower), with lush tropical feel and plenty of privacy. Nestled at the end of the street, yet only 2 short blocks to the white sandy beaches (a 3 min walk!). The house has many features, such as a private heated saltwater pool & spa with a unique feature wall of lush greenery, outdoor heated shower, providing the perfect backdrop for your photo moments, along with a stunning outdoor lighting for a romantic evening. The large screened porch is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors yet be shaded from the sun and also features a flat-screen TV and large sectional. The updated kitchen comes with all the amenities of home and all appliances are stainless steel. There's even a quaint breakfast nook to enjoy your morning coffee or a quick snack. The kitchen opens up to the dining and living room area and features plenty of oversized, comfortable seating where you can relax after a long day in the sun. There is a full-size washer & dyer and WiFi throughout for your use during your stay.

Shiplap and luxurious beachy decor throughout this home are welcoming and soothing in airy shades of blue. The owners have thought of everything in this home-away-from-home with high-end appliances, a fully-stocked kitchen, plenty of beach chairs and sand toys, towel hooks in every room, and more than enough seating for both inside and outside dining.

Birds of Paradise has 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, a daybed with a trundle, and a full over full bunk room with a trundle, all with top of the line mattresses for the best night of sleep after a full day on the beach! The home comes equipped with A/C, heat, 6 flat screens, wireless internet, beach cart and beach chairs.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please note: For reservations longer than 28 nights or more than $20,000, a different cancellation policy applies - please see the Rental Agreement under the House Rules on the check-out page.
