As private owners. our goal is to give our guests exactly what we want for our own personal guests and family, a home away to forge lasting memories with your loved ones. We strive to and truly enjoy providing a space where you can relax, unwind and make the most out of your precious vacation time.

Our community has a private beach access within walking/biking distance (.3 miles) or you can drive on the beach and pick your spot. Cooking is wonderful in our fully updated kitchen or enjoy many of the wonderful local restaurants of the area.

Enjoy watching beautiful sunsets on either of two decks or while relaxing in the hot tub while being on one of the very few canals in St Augustine.

Our home is a wonderful place for a family vacation.

Where you will sleep:

Bedroom 1: King Bed, 1st floor, full bathroom just outside of bedroom, private door to deck by pool and outdoor oasis.

Bedroom 2: King Bed, 2nd floor with full ensuite bathroom and private deck sitting area overlooking pool and canal.

Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, 2nd floor, full bathroom in hallway shared with bedroom 4.

Bedroom 4: Queen Bed, 2nd floor, full bathroom in hallway shared with bedroom 3.

We love families and our home is wonderful for families with older children with all the great amenities inside as well as right outside the front and back doors. However It is not optimal for families with young children as it is not childproofed and the pool and canal are right outside the back door. Please contact us through an inquiry or an email to discuss whether or not Reel Treasure will be a good fit for your family before requesting to book.

No Extra Guests on Property:
For insurance purposes, only guests on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time unless prior approval is given and names added to reservation.
Immediate cancellation without refund for not adhering to this policy. We take this very seriously for your safety, our neighbors' comfort and safety, and insurance purposes.

Dogs:
On a case by case basis, we allow up to two (2) dogs, from the same household, for an additional $100 cleaning fee PER DOG. Allowing dogs is at our discretion (size, breed, etc). Puppies under 12 months old are not permitted. Dogs cannot be left alone without a kennel and must always be with their human and on a leash at all times when outside. Dogs must be included in your booking request and registered at the time of your reservation and be included on the signed rental agreement. Guests with dogs will be required to agree to basic home pet care and good neighbor rules. Please ask to see these rules before booking if you would like to bring dogs.
If dogs are not added to your initial reservation, you will need to add them, re-sign rental agreement and fee will be collected.

Pool and Spa Heat:
Although we do not charge a pool heating fee, we keep the pool heated to 85° in the cooler months and the spa at 102°. As with any property that has electric pool and spa heat, pool and spa temperatures can not be maintained or guaranteed if temperatures drop below 55°.

Cancellation Policy: Please review our cancellation policy as our calendar will be blocked once you make your reservation and as individual owners, we cannot afford to refund outside of our policy. *** Hurricane season is June-November every year. We especially encourage purchasing travel insurance for your trip if your reservation falls within these dates as we can only refund if there is an official, mandatory evacuation (not a state of emergency) called for the island. ***

Required within 24 hrs of booking: Signed rental agreement, $1500 refundable damage deposit, Photo Id (state issued driver’s license of primary renter, complete names of all adults on reservation, totaling no more than 8 people including any children all to be completed within 24 hours of reservation. The State issued driver’s license is required to be on file by our municipality.
