3bedroom/2bath home with Private Pool! Downtown St Augustine, quiet and walkable

Hi Sue, we received your message after your stay. I have since reached out to you to see what sort of resolution you were looking for but you have not responded and then you posted this review. All I got from you after zero communication during your 2 night stay was negative statements. It seemed you were informing us you think the home's location in historic Lincolnville is a bad area. We love this area; it is a large part of Downtown St Augustine and the neighbors on the street are very nice/kind people, it's one of main reasons we purchased the home. You also had an issue with the landscapers and pool cleaner being at the property. We state CLEARLY in the listing we have WEEKLY service done to the lawn and pool to maintain a pristine look to the home. You also committed multiple violations of our rental policy including not disclosing a pet you brought so you didn't have to pay our small $50 pet fee as well as leaving the home in poor/dirty shape. You also allowed the pet to sleep on an unused bed, violating yet another rule of no pets on the furniture. We are very surprised to see the low rating you gave on the home's cleanliness, as we have a fantastic cleaning crew and have only ever gotten 5 stars for cleanliness. You were very disappointing as a guest.
