Backing onto a wide riverside reserve, this spacious South Yunderup home gives families room to play, unwind and reconnect. Step through the backyard gate to kick a football, play cricket, fly a kite or enjoy a picnic. Continue across the reserve for direct access to the Murray River.

You will have privacy throughout your stay, but our local team is available if you need assistance.

The home is located in peaceful South Yunderup, a relaxed riverside community known for its waterways, wildlife and easy outdoor lifestyle.

The adjoining reserve provides plenty of room for families to play, picnic and enjoy the surroundings. The Murray River, a public river beach and jetty are all within easy walking distance, while several boat ramps are located nearby.

Spend your days swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding or exploring the local pathways. Dolphins are occasionally seen in the river, and the surrounding reserve is home to an array of birdlife and other native wildlife.

Local cafés, takeaway options, supermarkets and everyday amenities can be reached by car. Central Mandurah and its foreshore, restaurants, shops and family attractions are also within comfortable driving distance.

This is a residential neighbourhood rather than a party destination. Guests must respect our neighbours and keep outdoor noise to a reasonable level, particularly during the evening.

Guests have private access to the home, swimming pool, alfresco area and backyard.

The locked garage and any clearly marked owner storage areas are not available for guest use.

Driveway parking is available for up to four standard vehicles, depending on vehicle size.

If you would like to bring a boat, trailer or caravan, please contact us before booking with its approximate dimensions. Parking must be approved in advance, and bringing a boat or trailer may reduce the number of vehicles that can be accommodated.

Check-in instructions are provided before arrival after the booking guest has completed our required online check-in process.


Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area forms an inviting heart of the home. Large windows and doors bring in plenty of natural light while making the most of the peaceful reserve outlook.

The well-equipped kitchen offers generous bench space and connects easily with the dining and living areas, making everything from casual breakfasts to family dinners easy to enjoy together.

The home accommodates up to six guests across three comfortable bedrooms:

• Master suite: King bed, private ensuite and reserve outlook
• Bedroom two: Queen bed
• Bedroom three: Two single beds

Bedrooms two and three share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout the home provides year-round comfort.

Upstairs, a second living area and balcony offer a quieter place to read, relax or enjoy the outlook.

Outside, cool off in the private swimming pool, prepare dinner on the BBQ or settle in beneath the covered alfresco area. Table tennis and badminton equipment provide some friendly competition, while the adjoining reserve offers additional space for outdoor play.

Complimentary kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are available for exploring the river, together with a selection of life jackets. Guests can access the river directly across the reserve behind the home. Adult and children’s bicycles are also provided for exploring the local streets and pathways.

Approximately five minutes away on foot, guests will find the banks of the river and jetty. Several boat ramps are also located nearby, making the home an appealing base for boating and fishing holidays. Dolphins frequent the river so keep an eye out!

Families will also find children’s toys, books, puzzles and board games inside, together with complimentary Wi-Fi and television entertainment.

Whether you are planning a family holiday, boating getaway or relaxed weekend with friends, this is a welcoming base from which to enjoy the South Yunderup and Murray River lifestyle.

The property is located in the peaceful canals of South Yunderup, where having a car is the most convenient way to explore the area. Free on-site parking is available for guests.

If you're travelling by public transport:
• The nearest bus stop, Murray River Drive before Tatham Road, is approximately a 5-minute walk from the property. It is served by regional bus routes 600, 604, and 605, providing connections to Mandurah and Pinjarra.
• Mandurah Station is around a 20-minute drive away and offers regular train services to Perth via the Mandurah Line.
• Perth Airport is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.

Ride-share services such as Uber may be available, although availability can be limited in South Yunderup, especially during late evenings. If you require transport at specific times, we recommend booking a taxi or transfer service in advance.

The property also provides easy access to:
• Mandurah Foreshore – approximately 15–20 minutes by car
• Pinjarra – approximately 10–15 minutes by car
• Forrest Highway, making it convenient for day trips to Bunbury, Margaret River, or Perth.

Recreational equipment and safety

Kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and bicycles are provided for optional guest use.

Before using the equipment, guests should consider their experience and the prevailing water, weather and traffic conditions.

Life jackets must be worn when using the kayaks or paddleboards, and helmets must be worn when riding the bicycles.

Children must be actively supervised when using the recreational equipment and whenever they are near the swimming pool, reserve or river.

Wildlife and neighbours

The home adjoins a natural riverside reserve, so birds, insects and other local wildlife may occasionally be present. Guests may also be fortunate enough to spot dolphins, swans, pelicans, possums and other wildlife around the river and reserve.

Noise can travel easily across the open reserve and water. Please keep outdoor noise at a considerate level, particularly during the evening. Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.

Guest numbers

The home accommodates a maximum of six guests. Please ensure the reservation reflects the correct number of people staying at the property.

Before arrival, the lead guest will be asked to complete two quick steps through our secure guest app:

• Verify their identity using a valid government-issued physical photo ID.
• Provide a temporary card pre-authorisation for damage security. This is a hold, not a payment, and is released after departure when no additional charges apply. Your bank determines when the funds become available again.

Please complete these steps at least 24 hours before arrival, or soon after booking for last-minute stays. Once completed, your check-in instructions will be available through the app/ email.
