Watch the sunrise over the mountains each morning from the private deck of our new carriage house. A full kitchen with large island for convenient meal prep. Cozy living space with fireplace, blankets and smart TV when it comes time to chillax. Fabulous glass shower. Comfortable queen bed plus a pull out sofa. Walk to playgrounds. Safe and central rural location. Plenty of street parking. Garage parking available for smaller vehicles. (Access from inside).

In the summer, you can enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee (Kuerig provided) on the sunny, quiet East-facing deck while watching alpacas and horses play at the nearby. Later after a day at Kal beach, Lake Country wineries or hiking Vernon's numerous trails, you will appreciate the large shower, a comfortable nap spot and the air-conditioning. In the evening you can savour a nice meal on the shaded deck and a glass of cider along with a peaceful, expansive mountain view.

In the winter, you’ll appreciate the cozy blankets, a comfortable bed and perhaps some popcorn (provided) by the electric fireplace and of course you can log into your streaming accounts on our smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans for hot meal prep. Plus coffee, tea and popcorn! 🍿

Garage available for average sized vehicles. May not fit trucks or SUVs. Plenty of open parking however.
