Welcome to this superb apartment located in the heart of the Marais! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to five travelers.
The apartment includes:

• A sleeping area: Queen size bed (160x200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding and storage.

You will be staying in the historic heart of the Marais, one of the most emblematic and charming districts of Paris, perfect for discovering the city on foot while enjoying the architecture and the typically Parisian atmosphere. Good location but apartment is old and not many amenities supplied. There was also a mouse in the apartment. You had to pay extra to store your luggage the property wouldn’t hold it for you. Supplied a washing machine but no tablets.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is a hazard of issues. There are MICE that were running around on top of our beds, around our feet and suitcases, and under our beds every day and night. There is an extreme case of BED BUGS in their couch sofa and my mother was bitten continuously every night we stayed there with bites all over her body. WiFi does not work at all nor did they try to fix the issue. They provide only one fan for two rooms in a heat wave. For your own safety and comfort of your trip, I would NEVER stay here.

Good location but too many reminders!
The apartment was convenient and relatively clean. One annoyance was that there was only one key and we could not use the key padlock at the door in case we split up. We also received multiple - borderline rude - reminders about checkout the day before via text and email. Other than that, it was easy to find and a comfortable apartment.

Awful Apartment
We arrived last Tuesday (22/04) at 15:00 and at 22:30 we left. First TV was not working at all. TV box was missing, bathroom is really old… but the most important is that around 21:00 we found 2 mice. One under the refrigerator and one next to the window at the kitchen running all around…. We also have videos. We left in an hour and we demanded full refund. We still haven’t received anything, although I sent many messages and the answer is that they apologize and working on my issue…..DO NOT RENT !!!!

The location is amazing as it's central to all the places you'd want to visit in central Paris, has very easy access to transit and restaurants. There were some oddities with amenities provided by the host, they provide a "starter pack" for essentials such as toilet paper and soap that will last for 2 days and expect you to purchase more yourself. This is something I haven't seen with any other vacation rental I've had in the past. The main issue we had was they provided the apartment to us knowing the wifi didn't work. In this day and age, wifi is as important as toilet paper. Not providing it is inexcusable. They were slow to communicate regarding getting the wifi working, poor in communicating when the technician would arrive and did not get the wifi fixed before the end of our stay. All in all, I'd personally avoid renting from this host in the future and but would definitely want to rent in this neighbourhood again.

Tough experience
On the pro side: the location is great in the heart of Le Merais. on the cons side: We arrived and no key was available to get and had to wait several hours to get in. The communication was far and few between- we didnt know if we would have a place to stay. Summer in Paris all that was available was very expensive hotels.Sitting there will all our bags, and getting no solid response from the host we were scrambling to find a place. After a few hours they finally came and let us in. The stress of that situation really ruined the first part of our trip.
The apartment itself is decent. Not the cleanest but not terrible. The location is what makes it.
After the stressful situation we asked for a reimbursement. After asking for 7 days in a row they finally agreed to 20 euro which felt like a joke given how much we spent to stay there.

location only positive remark, where is my deposit??
Good location, but cleanliness was terrible all kitchen ware was put away dirty, this is super small, very old , smelly unit, which is expected for the area so thats ok, but all furniture is very low quality and cheap, , many things broken, like fridge door not working handle and not closing well, all comm was remote, felt like i was always talking with adifferent person in a call center in india or somewhere remote, low cost, they really do not offer any solutions nor insight, all classic responses flrom low level call center agents, we got to paris in the middle of a heat wave, they just have a very cheap, low power fan and when i asked they would not provide another one, (these must be very cheap) So everything seems to be oriented to be low cost, not focused on service but turn around and thats it. Location is good, main reason i chose the unit. They were always very fast to charge my credit card, even before the agreed dates, 2 days before check in they surprised me requiring an extra deposit which they do not mention and they have not refunded yet…. All in all , a poor service and customer esperience

Posizione fantastica peccato per le piccole mancanze
Appartamento molto carino ed in posizione molto comoda vicino alla fermata metro. L'appartamento è un po' trascurato nelle piccolezze: manca uno specchio in casa (uno solo piccolo sopra il lavandino del bagno), il lavandino era intasato e malgrado intervento del tecnico è rimasto tale e quale, non c'è un piccolo mobiletto in bagno dove poter appoggiare le cose e c'è solo un piccolissimo armadio già pieno di lenzuala ed asciugamani.

Lovely nest à revoir
Les + : localisation, calme
Les - : si au 1er abord, l'appartement paraît très correct, on déchante vite. Fuite sous le lavabo, peinture écaillée dans les WC, tiroir du bac à lessive du lave-linge défaillant, une prise électrique vers le canapé présentant de l'insécurité. Idem pour thermostat du radiateur cassé vers kitchenette, propreté des vitres à revoir. Impossible de faire fonctionner la TV. Le remplacement des fenêtres très anciennes(certaines sont bloquées, le mastic ne tient plus) ne serait pas superflu. Le canapé présente 3 brûlures de cigarettes.
