Pool and hot tub were clean. The house was huge had plenty of things the kids and adults could do. Host communicated within minutes of my questions. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Spacious Home

If you need a home with a lot of rooms this is it! We came down for a wedding and this home was perfect for us. Everyone had their own room and there were so many bathrooms for us to get ready in. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we enjoyed using them every day. We even had a treadmill to help burn off some calories before the wedding, lol. We highly recommend booking this home. It had everything we needed and the beach was close by.

We really enjoyed the pool and it was refreshing to get into especially with the warm weather! The home itself was clean. I even used the treadmill in the garage! We recommend staying here.

1st impressions did not do this property justice. When we pulled up and the yard had not been manicured and grass needed to be cut. We were a bit hesitant To our surprise when we walked in the house it was immaculate! Very open and it was plenty of room for our 9 guests! Some small touch up on paint and possibly more frequent extermination to take care of a few small bugs will take this property from a 9 to a 10 in no time. We did have a maintenance request due to the garage disposal not working and water leaking under the sink. The handyman man came the same day to fix it. The lawn service arrived on Friday to cut the lawn. My favorite amenities were the pool, and hot tub which was used daily! I would highly recommend this property and would book it again 9/10

Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review! We're delighted to hear you and your group had such an enjoyable stay and found the home immaculate, spacious, and a great fit for your nine guests. It's also great to know the pool and hot tub were highlights of your vacation and got plenty of use! Thank you as well for your helpful feedback. Our lawn service is scheduled weekly, but during Florida's rainy season, heavy rain can occasionally delay their visits for safety reasons and to avoid damaging the lawn. We're glad they were able to get the property serviced during your stay. We also appreciate you letting us know about the garbage disposal and are happy our handyman was able to resolve the issue the same day. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. Thank you for taking such great care of the home, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Ultimate Coastal Escape for another memorable getaway! Best Regards, Valarie and Jason

We spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub. We went to the beach and enjoyed eating at several restaurants. We recommend staying here and we will book again for another getaway!
