The Space:
Welcome to this warm apartment a few steps from the Arc de Triomphe! Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it is perfectly arranged to accommodate up to five travelers.
The apartment includes:
• A living room: equipped with a double sofa bed (140x200 cm), a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• A sleeping area: Queen-size bed (160x200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, a single sofa bed, storage space and a ceiling fan.
• A fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• A bathroom: shower and toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Important: the washing machine visible in the photos is currently out of service. No request for compensation can be accepted in this regard.
Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a completely independent and comfortable stay.

Please note that we do not supply baby linen.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time starts from 3:00 pm.
Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with applicable charges.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is required for access to the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided there are no damages.

Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet; excessive noise may result in deductions from your deposit.
Please be mindful of any construction work within the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
Internet Access:
Kindly refrain from engaging in unauthorized online activities. We are not liable for any connection malfunctions.
Age Requirement:
The minimum age for making a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under 21 may only enter in the presence of an adult meeting this requirement. Failure to comply will result in denial of stay, and no refunds will be granted.
