The Space:

Spacious fully renovated duplex in the heart of the Marais! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to four travelers.



The duplex includes, upon arrival:

• A living room: equipped with a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), Smart television, storage and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• An equipped kitchen: microwave oven, washing machine, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: shower and toilet, fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo).

Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

• Independent toilets.

The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.



Upstairs:

• A sleeping area: double bed (140 x 200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding and storage.

The Neighborhood:

You will be staying in the central and lively district of the 4th arrondissement, in the heart of the Marais, perfect for discovering Paris on foot while enjoying the architecture and the typically Parisian atmosphere. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch in emblematic addresses such as Café Charlot, Fragments or Café Saint-Régis, and have lunch or dinner in renowned restaurants such as Bouillon Chartier or Le Mary Celeste, perfect for tasting local gastronomy in a friendly atmosphere. For your daily shopping, several shops are within walking distance: Monoprix, Franprix, artisan bakeries and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. Getting Around:

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)

Train: Take the RER B train from the airport towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and get off at Châtelet-Les Halles. From there, it's a short walk to the apartment.

Taxi/Uber: It’s approximately a 45-minute drive from CDG to Le Marais.



From Orly Airport (ORY)

Train & Metro: Take the Orlyval light train to the Antony station. Transfer to the RER B train towards Aéroport Charles de Gaulle and get off at Châtelet-Les Halles. It's just a few minutes' walk to the apartment from there.

Taxi/Uber: Drive from Orly to Le Marais will typically take around 30-40 minutes.



From Gare du Nord (Eurostar Terminal)

Metro: Board the Metro Line 4 towards Mairie de Montrouge. Change at Réaumur-Sébastopol for Line 3 and get off at Arts et Métiers. The apartment is a short stroll away.



Metro Stations

Arts et Métiers (Line 3 & 11): A quick walk away, connecting you to places like Opéra and République.

Rambuteau (Line 11): Offers easy access to Belleville and Châtelet.



RER Station

Châtelet-Les Halles (RER A, B, & D): Just a short walk away, offering connections to airports, Disneyland Paris, and more.

Family-Friendly Services

If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.

For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.

Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.



Internet Access

Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.

PS: Please note that Wi-Fi is currently unavailable throughout the entire building for an indefinite period. This issue is beyond our control, and we will not accept any complaints or requests for compensation for any inconvenience caused.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
