Bajacu, or rising sun in ‘island’ language, was designed by world famous Mexican architect Marco Aldaco, and his exacting designer’s eye and sublime attention to detail can be seen at every turn.

Situated on a south shore hilltop, from the sense of arrival to the feeling of total and utter awe at the breath-taking 270-degree views of the ocean, Bajacu is much more than a villa.



The delightful curved main house with winding stone staircases and shaded outdoor living areas is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and boasts the only fully private beach on the Turks & Caicos Islands. Bajacu is an experience, a destination, and invokes an emotive response from everyone who visits.



Inside and out, the property flows from one area to the next. Sympathetic use of natural materials, organic curves, smooth stone, rich terracotta, add an air of simplicity and blends harmoniously with the hilltop location. A designer’s eye ensures striking ceramics, soothing soft furnishings, dark woods with Mexican tiling and form effortlessly combine, for an experience that feels uniquely Bajacu.



The gently curving infinity pool, clings to the main villa, sides falling away to the secluded grounds and shoreline beneath. Located in a quiet residential enclave just minutes from Grace Bay’s white sands and turquoise water, this modern four‑bedroom retreat offers peaceful seclusion with easy access to one of the island’s most celebrated beaches.



The Location

Perched on a private hilltop on Providenciales’ south shore, Bajacu commands sweeping ocean views and unmatched seclusion. Its elevated position offers panoramic sightlines over the Caicos Banks with the exclusivity of a private beach.

**The check-in time is 15:00hrs and checkout time is 11:00hrs.

Guests who wish to depart after or before these times are advised to extend their stay at time of booking. Applicable per day rates may apply.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate early arrivals and late departures subject to availability



Note:

** December arrivals not staying for the new year period, must depart on or before December 27, 2026

** There is a 10 night minimum stay for all arrivals on December 24, 2026 and December 25, 2026



Payment Policy:


* Full payment is required 65 days prior to arrival for all stays between January 5 and December 18. 


* Required a full pre-payment for each booking ninety (90) days prior to guests’ arrival for booking Holiday period December 19 – January 3.

* Reservations that are not fully paid by the due date will be cancelled.
