The main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, sitting room, separate dining room, half bath and bedroom with a twin day bed. Four other bedrooms await you on the second floor; three with a Queen bed in each and 1 with two twin beds, as well as 2 additional bathrooms. This unique antique has space for everyone!

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
