Beautifully appointed with refined finishes and thoughtfully designed spaces, the home has four bedrooms and three and half bathrooms, plus a roomy pool house with a bathroom with shower.

Central air conditioning, wood floors and tile throughout.

At the front of the main house is a lovely living room with comfortable seating, workspace (desk) and a day bed for additional sleep space. This cozy spot was created for conversations and quiet time.

One door from the living room leads to the main first floor hallway. A second door leads to the separate dining room with large dining table. Beyond the dining room is an inviting family room with comfortable seating, large flat screen TV and decorative fireplace (not for tenant use).

The den has a door and a pass through to the very nicely equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a high-end gas range and an oversized farmhouse sink. A center island with counter seating provides additional workspace. Just off the kitchen is a nicely stocked butler's pantry with coffee station and an additional sink. Beside the butler pantry is the conveniently located washer and dryer. There is a half bathroom off this hallway as well.

One of the home's four bedrooms is on the first floor. This bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a full bathroom with shower/tub on this floor.

Doors from the family room and dining room lead to a wonderful screened-in porch with a dining table, comfortable sitting area and ceiling fans. An ideal spot for your morning coffee, evening cocktails or curling up with a bestseller.

Two separate staircases lead to the second floor with the home's other three bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom has a king bed, sitting area and ensuite bathroom with sink and dressing area and separate room with custom shower and toilet.

The second bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and the third has one queen bed and two bunk beds (four twins). There is also a bathroom with shower off the second floor hall.

Off the first floor back hall is a third, separate staircase to the game room over the garage. Enjoy a friendly game of pool or ping pong while watching the game.

The pool house has comfortable seating, large flat screen TV, kitchenette with dishwasher and a bathroom with a shower. A large window opens exterior counter seating--run your own clam shack and Margarita bar for the family!

The pool house is adjacent to the outdoor pool. Lounge at poolside or get your daily laps in. The beautifully landscaped yard with lovely blooms and mature plantings has a lighted bocce court and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs--don't forget the s'mores! A dining table and Blackstone grill complete this amazing outdoor space.

Guests can enjoy convenient access to waterfront activities, including the Freedom Ferry to Nantucket, scenic sunset cruises, and whale watching excursions. Harwich Port center, Brax Landing Restaurant, and Red River Beach are all approximately one mile away, offering dining, shopping, and classic Cape Cod beach experiences.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
