This stunning five-bedroom, three full-bathroom home offers over 3,500 square feet of modern, well-appointed living space, perfectly situated in the heart of the charming seaside villages of Harwich and Harwich Port.

On the first floor, the spacious primary suite features a king-sized bed, a large TV, and a beautiful sitting area. The en-suite bathroom is luxurious and expansive, with double sinks, a soaking tub, a separate shower, and a private water closet. Also located on the first floor are two additional bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, and another with three twin beds ideal for kids or groups. These two bedrooms share a convenient Jack Jill bathroom.

Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms. One offers a king-sized bed and an attached private bathroom, while the other is perfect for guests or children, featuring two twin beds, one full-sized bed, and a large flat-screen TV, a great space to relax or unwind.

The living room is beautifully decorated with a more formal ambiance, while the adjacent family room offers a casual, comfortable vibe for everyday lounging. There are two dining areas: a bright and spacious eat-in kitchen, fully equipped and perfectly designed for cooking and entertaining, and a second dining area across from the foyer, adjacent to the formal living room.

The finished basement is an entertainment paradise. It features a big-screen TV, comfortable leather couches, a pool table, and two classic-style arcade machines one with Golden Tee and the other with Pac-Man (plus a variety of additional games) sure to delight guests of all ages.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
