The Space:
This welcoming waterfront townhouse is thoughtfully designed across two levels, with all bedrooms located upstairs and the main living spaces downstairs with a sofa bed, creating plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and relax. Downstairs, you’ll find a bright open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area designed for easy coastal living. The air-conditioned living room offers a comfortable place to unwind after a day exploring the Sunshine Coast, complete with plush sofa that double as a sofa bed, smart TV, and seamless flow to the outdoor entertaining area overlooking the peaceful canal.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for holiday cooking, featuring ample bench space, oven, gas stovetop, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials to make meals at home simple and enjoyable. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area provides a welcoming space for shared meals and gatherings.
Step outside and enjoy multiple outdoor entertaining spaces. The rear outdoor area overlooks the canal and is the perfect place to enjoy an afternoon drink or morning coffee. At the front of the home, guests can also enjoy a separate outdoor dining area with seating for six, ideal for casual meals outdoors. This home is also pet-friendly and welcomes up to 2 small non-shedding dogs upon application (2 max - $50 fee per pet)
For year-round comfort, air conditioning is available in the downstairs living area and the upstairs master bedroom, while ceiling fans are fitted throughout the remaining bedrooms.

Having a car is recommended for exploring the Sunshine Coast’s stunning beaches and hinterland towns, however public transport is also easily accessible, with the closest bus stop located just 700m away (approximately an 11-minute walk) at Duporth Ave at Picnic Point, Maroochydore.
