Fully equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom upstairs and downstairs. Full linen supplied - just bring your beach towels. You can walk directly onto the shores of the lake, where you can swim, fish or paddle. Nearest boat ramp is at Frothy Coffee at Smiths Lake.

We have 3 bedrooms upstairs - main bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have 2 single beds along with air conditioning upstairs and downstairs.

There is off street parking in front of the garage door, or on street parking along Patsys Flat Road.
