Step inside and enjoy the light filled open plan kitchen, dining, and living area, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. The comfortable lounge is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Phillip Island.

The well equipped kitchen includes all the essentials you need to prepare meals for family and friends, with plenty of space to cook and gather together.

Down the hallway, you’ll find three generously sized bedrooms, along with a central bathroom featuring a bath, shower, and separate toilet.

Upstairs, a spacious second living area provides even more room to relax. Whether you use it as a parents’ retreat, kids’ rumpus room, reading nook, or quiet workspace, this additional living zone allows everyone to spread out and enjoy their stay comfortably.

The home is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by permanent residents, so we welcome mature guests who will respect our neighbours and enjoy the property for peaceful, relaxation style holidaying. Strictly no parties or loud gatherings permitted.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Sofa beds are classed as beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days. For linen or towel hires, please advise Ready Set Stay with at least 48 hours' notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur additional charges.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 cleaning fee may apply.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbors complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we have reserved the right to evict guests.

Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been successfully completed.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
