The property has it's own fishing pond with a stocked dam, own fishing road and lure is required. There is Ample space to wash a boat as well.

The house is very close to Berry's Beach, only a 4 min walk.
Phillip Island Winery is about a 2-3 min drive.
The GP track is only 8 minutes drive away.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that if you are planning to book this property for a wedding please inform us beforehand to check for suitability.
This property is located with lots of local wildlife around and certain droppings may be possible around the house when you arrive.
The access road to the house is a gravel road. The backyard has a Hot and Cold outside shower to rinse off after a beach day.
Additional options for power and water for a Caravan also at the property, if previously notified and approved with host.

Please note that the grass next to the driveway can be very wet, and is not to be driven on. The lawns get damaged to much. Please make sure to only use the driveway itself and turn at the end of the driveway and park.
