Property was clean, as described, in a good area close to the falls. We went walking during the day to the falls and nearby restaurants and walked back in the evening. Great property!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of items in the kitchen to cook for our family of 5. Very close to Niagara and Clifton! Clean space and incredibly easy check-in and checkout.

We came to town to meet up with friends for a long weekend and the house was perfect for going to the falls. Everything was new in the house and smelled fresh and clean from the minute we walked in, which we loved. Everything was just as it appeared in the pics right down to the Starbucks coffee pods left for us, which was a very nice touch along with some little snacks. Peter was quick to reply to my messages asking for his personal recommendations on where to go for things and check in/out was flawless! Will definitely recommend his place to anyone going to Niagara Falls or the general area!

The property is very charming with plants growing around the front porch. Everything was sparkling clean. The owner supplied our family of 3 with everything we needed. Kitchen appliances, cups, plates, utensils, coffee, bathroom supplies, towels, comforters, pillows & throws. They went above and beyond by setting out yummy Canadian snacks that we probably would not have tried otherwise. The house is about a 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill and 20 minute walk to the falls. We walked back & forth a couple times per day with no trouble. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed watching the birds and black squirrels. 5 stars. Would definitely stay here again.

House is old, but updated. Furniture is all new. House was very clean. A lot of bath towels provided and extra linens if needed. We loved the use of the full size kitchen and fridge. Well stocked with dishes, cups and silverware. Bring your own dish towels, seasonings, cooking oil, etc. An expresso machine and pods were provided along with a little bowl of snacks. Very nice touch!If you are more accustomed to regular coffee in the morning you might want to bring your own or plan to purchase. Walking distance to both Clifton Hills and the Falls. Only needed to drive once for groceries. Host was very quick to respond and provided detailed information about check in and check out. Very smooth process.Overall, great choice for our family of 3.

The host was very friendly and available for any questions. I liked the proximity of the property to the attractions and it was an easy walk that was pretty flat (almost 10 minutes to Clifton Hill area). The price was much better than a hotel and we had more room to spread out. I liked the privacy of the bedrooms as opposed to a one-room hotel stay. The property wasn't much to look at on the outside (neither was the neighborhood) and you can tell there are some renovations still ongoing inside the home but it was tastefully decorated. I never felt unsafe. All of the furniture was brand new and freshly put together. The couch and beds were very firm but that is all about personal preference. The kitchen was stocked with dishware and utensils and they provided a Nespresso machine (with some pods and water), a toaster and a microwave. The appliances were new as well. There was body wash and shampoo provided in the shower, and hand soap at the sinks. I would recommend bringing your own towels as they were rough (as hotel towels tend to get) if you prefer something softer. Other than that, we had a great stay. If the house received a few more updates by a professional, I would rate it at 5 stars. Otherwise, it fit our needs and I would stay again. Photos were taken upon our departure so please excuse the unmade beds.
