Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Located within 3 km (2 mi) from the Niagara Falls, this lovely two-level 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in a private house with a separate entrance is close to restaurants, wineries, theaters and parks. This 600 sq ft (60 sq m) property with fully equipped kitchen and a private patio can house up to 6 guests and is kid-friendly. Guest parking and laundry facilities are available.
The space
The property features a spacious living room with exposed brick as well as 3 bedrooms with а double bed in each room, 2 full bathrooms and ample closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the necessary dishes and utensils. The property features full climate control, free wifi and a large flat screen TV equipped with smart phone integration. High chair and child folding bed are provided upon request. Additional amenities include an iron, hairdryers, and access to shared laundry facilities with a washer and dryer. An outdoor private patio is also at your disposal to enjoy the great outdoors. Free parking for up to two vehicles is provided on premises.

The apartment was well furnished and very clean. I enjoyed the fact that it was 2 blocks from the city bus stop, which made it so convenient to get where we needed to go. A great stay!

Wonderful stay in a cozy quiet place that was still so close to the bustle of the Niagara Falls entertainment strip. Check in was quick and friendly, and the accommodation felt very private despite being connected to a larger home. It was nice to have the host nearby in case we needed assistance, though everything in the apartment was as expected.A five minute drive from all the nearby attractions made for a flexible trip. We spent the days seeing the falls or other sights, then went back to the apartment to rest and unwind (or nap for the little one) before setting out again. Incredibly convenient.Would happily stay again!

This was a nice, quiet clean place just outside the hustle and bustle of Niagra. You couldn’t find a more convenient place to stay. It is a 5-10 minute drive from every venue Niagra Canada has to offer. If it had a shower instead of just a tub upstairs it would be perfect, but this was a negative we easily made concessions for! Lori, the downstairs tenant was so sweet!

Larissa was very accommodating and had everything all perfectly set up for us. It was all very, very clean and had lots of coffee and water. Also lots of kitchen supplies for our own use. She was right there in response to anything we needed. I will definitely use her again if I’m ever in the area and will refer her to anyone going that way. The price was very reasonable also.

Location was perfect - minutes drive to all the Niagara Falls attractions but without the high prices of hotels. There was plenty of room for my husband, myself and our 2 teenage boys despite the small square footage. The home is situated in a safe, no frills neighborhood. Larissa was extremely quick to meet the few small requests we made during our stay. We appreciated that she left us bottled water for our outings and also we were glad she had tin foil, saran wrap and spices on hand. The 3rd floor bedroom may not be that well suited for tall or heavy set people due to it's slanted ceilings and smaller bed, but it was fine for us. The unit was immaculately clean and well stocked with towls, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels. We would definitely recommend this rental and would stay again if in the area.

The host was great. She has a nice house. It was a perfect location just off the WeGo bus route which made it easy to get to the falls. Our stay was just a couple night but she has nice towels and beds. It worked perfect for our family of 4 with teenagers who are older. Thanks for a nice stay!

Owner is very friendly and waited us to arrive until midnight 1 o'clock the first day, and also helped us to print off our parking ticket for next day. Great Niagara getaway

Our stay was great. The apartment was spacious enough for our group of five--two adults, three children 10-14. Everything is walking distance from the apartment: the nearest WeGo bus stop is just a block away. Larisa is a very responsive and accommodating host, and the apartment was nice and clean. It's hard to imagine doing better for this price.

The best and most comfortable place if you are lucky to secure a booking - the hosts are very warm

We left some stuff and the host went the extra mile informed us and mailed it over to us. Very close to falls located in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable - and compact and homely. Will always return.

Relaxing getaway

This is the first vrbo that we have stayed at that shows the host cares about making her guests feel welcome. Larissa had toiletries,condiments,bottled water,enough toilet paper paper towels ,coffee,tea etc. I didnt feel that i had to run out to the store upon arrival to feel at home. I thought the place was tastefully done,it was very clean! It was a block over from the river making it easy for us to walk into town about 2.5 miles one way. The neighborhood felt very safe.The bed was comfortable and everything smelled fresh. We would definitely stay here again and our host was very responsive to our questions and offered suggestions. A lovely place!

Amazing place to stay!

Absolutely lovely place! Little neighbourhood, not too far to restaurants and the Falls. Very clean, comfortable, 3 bedroom. Must walk up to second “main” floor with 2 bdrms & bathroom (& third floor) bdrm & bathroom. Has full kitchen, lg tv, lots of seating. Recommended!! If we come to the Falls again we will rebook!!
