Located on the Sierra Star Golf Course, this spacious four-bedroom, four-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and scenic beauty, ideally situated on the Sierra Star Golf Course with stunning views of the 18th green. Just minutes from the heart of town and a short walk or shuttle ride to Eagle Lodge, this three-story home is perfectly located for both relaxation and adventure. Designed for gathering, the home features vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and an open floor plan ideal for families and groups. On the entry level of the home is the living room with wood-burning fireplace and large flatscreen TV, a dining room with seating for 8 plus additional bar seating, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stone countertops, top of the line stainless steel appliances, an air fryer, and Keurig machine. Step outside to the expansive deck to enjoy the private hot tub, outdoor dining area and BBQ grill, all overlooking the fairway. Sleeping accommodations are thoughtfully arranged across three levels. On the main floor the guest bedroom features bunk beds with double on the bottom, twin on top, and full bathroom with walk-in shower. On the next level the second guest bedroom features a Double bed, plus Twin over Twin bunks, TV and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. On the third level, a luxurious primary suite features a king bed, TV, and spa style bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. Alongside the final guest bedroom with a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with shower. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, a private two car garage (garage clearance 7' 5"), private laundry room with washer / dryer so you can enjoy all the conveniences of home. Access to the green line shuttle route for easy transportation into Town or to Eagle Lodge. Pet Friendly, one pet allowed, additional pets by approval only, please call. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.
