The secondary bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a pull out sofa that is also queen size, so easily accommodates adults. Both bedrooms have access to the upper private balcony with two sitting areas to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink while the lake settles for the night.

The condo has 3 shared docks, the first two are boat docks that can moor the boat for loading or just hanging out for the day and the third dock is a swimming platform for jumping off and enjoying that amazing Shuswap water on a hot day! A communal fire pit is located just off the balcony and is stocked with fire wood for your enjoyment as well as a communal garden space on the opposite side of the condo building for enjoying the flowers. The main deck has access straight to the water, it is completely private with a lockable gate, with a BBQ and eating area as well as a big sectional and one of a kind fire table to enjoy the evening views of the lake or the gorgeous mornings!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities, including children's plates and cutlery and a high chair for the littles to enjoy! The bedding and linens, including towels are provided for your stay so you don't have to sweat the small stuff. The condo has a stacked washer/dryer in the 1/2 bath on the main floor, detergent on hand is scent free so safe for sensitive skin or any allergies.

There is ample parking for truck and trailer, there is a designated spot out front of the unit and just a short drive up the road there is a parking lot that has plenty of room for parking your boat trailer.
