The Emerald Coast plus a beach cottage equals the perfect summer vacation! Coco Cottage is a lovely vacation home located in Scenic Highway 30A’s high-end community of Prominence. The home features two levels which consist of three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and access to great amenities. Up to six guests can enjoy the comforts afforded by this cozy property.

The first floor of this beach cottage is dedicated to a spacious great room. The open floor plan boasts crisp white furnishings, pops of dark blue, patterned accents, and a variety of coastal décor. Brilliant sun rays filter in through large windows. All of this combines to create a bright and inviting atmosphere. In the living area portion of the great room, two white couches and matching armchairs offer an intimate setting for laidback conversation with your fellow vacationers. Complementary side tables, stunning coastal wall art, and a distressed white credenza with a flatscreen TV complete the space. The dining area is situated behind the armchairs. It features a round table and chairs centered on a cowhide rug with a suspended candle chandelier. Glass doors lead from the dining room onto a backyard patio. Here, outdoor furnishings enable guests to bask in warm breezes while enjoying coastal appetizers and cocktails. Back inside, the kitchen sits beside the dining area. Stainless-steel appliances, gleaming countertops, custom cabinetry, and a large island with stool seating create a great space to serve up delicious meals or vacation snacks.

Ascend the stairs to the second level, where three bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping quarters for its nine guests. The master suite is decked in distinctive beach cottage style. It has a king-size bed with a white bedspread and blue accent pillows. A tufted headboard, rustic nightstand, and round wood tables at the footboard add to the pleasant vibe. Three large windows filter in sunlight, for a fresh and bright look. The master suite also has a private bath with double vanities and walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms also features a coastal cottage style, as well as a queen-size bed, large windows, and a TV. The third guest room has two twin beds in addition to a Pack-N-Play (linens not provided), sunny windows, and a smart TV for entertainment.

With its prominent location in Prominence, Coco Cottage ensures guests have access to a wide variety of amenities to take your vacation to the next level. The community town center known as The Big Chill includes three acres of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and even a fitness center. Events and live concerts are often held at the events stage on the grounds. The Big Chill’s crowning glory, though, is its glittering freshwater pool which spans 5,000 square feet. Perfect for taking a refreshing plunge! An expansive pavilion and outdoor grills are provided for poolside cookouts. Of course, the sparkling beach is also located nearby. Everything you could possibly want in a beach vacation is offered right here at Coco Cottage in Prominence.
