Blue Ocean Breeze and the Highland Parks Community are located approximately a 0.7 miles to convenient public beach access at Blue Mountain and 1.5 miles from the Gulf View Heights Beach Access, both having public restrooms.
Both also a short golf cart (or bike) ride away!

Pool Access: Just a short stroll from the home lies the stunning Seasonally Heated Highland Parks community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. Seasonally heated March and April!

Upstairs, you'll find a King Master Bedroom, with a Luxurious Walk-in Shower and Dual Vanities. 30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Everything was as expected. Only a few issues… (1) We found out the stove top was not working when we arrived at the property. Would have been nice to have a heads up before we arrived. We had to inquire with property management about an estimated repair time before they offered to get us an electric burner - would have liked to know this was the situation before arriving and resolution in place without having to contact property management. (2) The streets are pretty narrow and people across the street had their cars parked partially in the street. This made it difficult for us to back out of the driveway.
